This morning I got some not so great news.... the fist person I called was my Aunt not thinking that today was her birthday... I live all the way in Texas and I wanted to send some flower and balloons I called a shop by UNA and they were not able to help at all... so I called this florist and the sweetest voice came on the line This is Diana how my I help you I explain my situation and flowers were delivered in Less than an hour.
