I am sorry that I bought a product from this company and that I am now dependent on the nonexistent customer service of this company. My emails are not answered at all. I bought a humidifier that works with a descaling cartridge. These expensive cartridges, which cost 29.95, need to be replaced every few months. But you cannot buy them in stores and have to order them online and pay an additional 9.50 for postage. This is what Swissness looks like at Solis.

Unfortunately, the Superflex attachment does not fit ALL hair dryers as capitalized on the product, and certainly not all of them on the market, not even all Solis hair dryers.

As it turned out in conversation with the friendly man on the phone, a travel hair dryer is not a hairdryer.

All not that bad mistakes happen. It is only how it is dealt with that makes the difference. What a shame for a Swiss company that stands for quality.

The problem here is clearly not the employee who was looking for a solution in a friendly manner within the scope of his competence, but rather the lack of complaint management.

I hope my criticism is accepted by the management and ideally it contributes to an improvement.

Their solis fan tastic 750 ventilator is a trash. I purchased it in Hungary, it died after two weeks, now I am fighting with the official hungarian repairer company. After sitting on it for 6 weeks, They gave me back the product saying it had no issues. Then after 30 minutes of working I had to send back with the same problem. Now they have been sitting on the product for seven weeks now. Avoid Solis if you can. The fact that the company calls themselves swiss, is a joke.

This company should not be allowed to call itself ...

This company should not be allowed to call itself Swiss. I bought a breezy ventilator from them. Was recommended by my retailer as a silent model and Solis claims this too. This is simply a lie. Moreover, the product simply does not work and Solis is unwilling to take responsibility for it. I am very unhappy and will never in my life buy or recommend another Solis product.

I sent my coffee machine type 117 for repair under warranty.
When I got in touch by email, the answer was quick and the next day an estimate was sent. Despite the guarantee, Solis wanted a rel. charge a large share of the repair. Reason: The decalcification was not carried out properly (images were provided on request). In response to a complaint, we were able to agree on the cost of materials and a part of the labor costs. Of course, I would have liked the repair to be carried out since I did the descaling.

Coffee machine top. 3 out of 4 deliveries (descaler etc.) went off quickly and without problems. There were problems with the 4th delivery. In the end, however, everything turned out well and it was made sure that everything was all right. Problems can occur anywhere. The only question is how to deal with it. Am satisfied. Will continue to stay with Solis customer.
