Ich habe kürzlich die Online-Kurse von solidcore.com ausprobiert und fand sie einfach in Ordnung. Der Trainer war sachkundig, aber die Trainingsroutine fühlte sich etwas eintönig an und die Videoqualität könnte verbessert werden. Der Stundenplan war praktisch, aber ich wünschte, es gäbe mehr Abwechslung und Optionen für unterschiedliche Fitnessniveaus. Die Navigation auf der Website war einfach, der Registrierungsprozess war jedoch etwas verwirrend. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung durchschnittlich und ich denke, es gibt definitiv Raum für Verbesserungen. Ich würde empfehlen, es auszuprobieren, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem einfachen Training sind, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches erwarten. ?️♂️
