I can't even begin to recommend Solgave enough! They are simply the best people and so easy to work with. They will be there for you and your pet any time you need them, no problem! My Luna loves them and she is able to get her exercise while I work my 12 hour shifts. Get these people to watch your pets, you won't regret it.
Wonderful and caring folks. Took great care of my doggos when I was out of town. Even helped me find one of my animals who got out. Highly recommend
We found Jared and his team of petsitters thanks to a quick Google search - and couldn't be happier with the results. Very professional and genuinely care about their work and your animals. Our beagle and two cats depend on Solgave for walks (for the pup) and catsitting while we're out of town. Love that our sitter sends us quick texts and pics while we're away - makes us feel connected and we see that our pets are being loved!
Outstanding service! I needed to schedule a pet sitting for my cat (Raya) extremely last minute, and Jared was very helpful in making sure everything was set up and ready by the time I left. He provided quick responses even well outside of regular business hours, and worked with me in order to make sure everything went smoothly.
Andrea (the actual sitter) was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure Raya felt comfortable and happy while I was gone. She even provided some services on a day for which she wasn't scheduled (due to a lack of foresight entirely on my part)! Short video clips were sent every day so I could see how Raya was doing. The food and litter areas were very clean and well-maintained when I returned. I don't think my kitty could have been left in better hands =).
Bottom line is that I couldn't be happier with the service that Solgave provided. Very reasonable prices and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet services in the area!
Wow! Where do I even begin?! Not only did our furbabies have the pleasure of staying within the comfort of their own home, we saved so much money by doing so! Left this holiday season on vacation and without very much notice, found Solgave online through a quick search and boy am I glad. Jon was immediately responsive (even in the late hours of night!) and provided every bit of information and documentation up front. Meeting him in person was also a pleasure as he was incredibly professional and polite during the meet and greet! Once We left, we received daily updates (and adorable pictures and videos!) consistently throughout each day. I have never had so much peace of mind while being away- knowing they are having plenty of food/water and play. At one point, we received so much rain, Jon noticed some potential for flooding in the back and notified me immediately- even going over an extra time that day to check on the house! I know my two pups can be a bit of a handful, however, Jon took THE BEST care of them and their needs better than any service I have ever used. I will never go back to boarding and will continue to use Solgave for as long as they'll have me. Strongly recommend to any and all! Thank you, Solgave!
Amazing pet sitter. I'm a paranoid pet parent and anytime I leave town I get VERY nervous about all the things that could go wrong with my fur kids. The sitter was very reliable, easy to get hold of, thorough and very gentle with my cats. One of my cats can't stand strangers and he loved this guy. I'm a permanent customer.
We have a really difficult time leaving for vacations! But, Solgave is the best thing that has happened in regards to our ability to become worry free when handing over the care of our animals. With their attention to detail, daily videos/communication, high standards of animal love and nurturing and all the right questions, we were at ease and have already planned our next vacation. We are truly thankful!
Left for 2 weeks over the holidays, we have a small hobby farm in town with goats, chickens ducks and kitties. I was nervous about leaving but Jared did a wonderful job taking care of everyone and I returned to happy , healthy animals. He seems to have a natural love for animals and it shows in how he goes the extra mile to take the best care of them possible.
I first contacted Solgave Animal Solutions when I found out they did Behavior Modification work. I have two adult dogs that are very trained as far as obedience goes, but I was having some behavior problems with them when it came to controlling them on a leash (they were BAD pullers!) and when I tried introducing them to other dogs. After only 1 session to work on leash training, I can now comfortably walk both of my 60 lb Pit Bulls together on a leash. I had one other session where we worked on how to improve their behavior with new dogs, and we can now go to the park regularly and take them to events where I know other dogs will be present without having to worry about my dog reacting negatively towards another dog. My favorite thing about the behavior training they do is that they took the time to teach ME what I was doing wrong and how I can work with my dogs on my own to improve their behavior. It has literally changed my relationship with my dogs and my ability to feel safe and in control of them!
After getting to work with Solgave during the training sessions, I was so impressed with how they treated me and how my dogs responded to them, I started using their pet sitting services. I LOVE getting to leave my dogs at home when I have to travel, rather than leaving them in a kennel. One of my dogs suffers from separation anxiety, and anytime I would board them, I would observe noticeable changes in his behavior for a few days after returning home - but with Solgave, I always come home to two very happy, very loved dogs. I can tell my dogs always get the love, attention and exercise they need when I am away, and it makes a huge difference after I return home, usually exhausted, from a trip. I will never use a boarding facility again!
