Soleyon Insurance Partners Review

I was with this company for 6 years. Jason, who originally handled my account, was fantastic. Once he left, someone else took over and suddenly my rates were higher, it took days to hear back and they never had an explanation as to why I was paying so much. It took over a month to make a simple change to my auto policy, I had to contact the actual agency because they don't answer their phones and I found out the change wasn't submitted until the day before I was billed for the next month, a change which was supposed to go into effect the month before. I switched to someone else and now I'm paying less than half of what he said my "best option" was. They get paid for every policy they write, so please be cautious working with them.

Dave Whitfield is always there for me and I worry that he doesn't take enough time for his family.

Absolutely everything you could look for in an insurance agent. Love the responsive service and the fact that so much can be done via Email and messaging. Busy days don't leave time for lengthy phone discussions and they do an amazing job of making everything come together on my schedule. So glad that Matt Courtright from Bay Equity for helping me find them!
