Select Comfort, Bellis Fair Mall Store Review

Absolutely horrible service i went in looking for a bed, the store offered the absolute worst customer service being very rude to me treating me like i didn t have money for one of there beds and not even showing me how there beds operate, i will be taking my service to temperpedic where they actually have customer service. Nothing worse than a rude sales person they should be fired.

Best shopping Experience! We went to sleep number store closer to home and had horrible experience. We then drove to the store in Bellingham and met with Jonathan. He answered all of our questions and helped us get the best deal possible and the right bed for what we needed. I highly recommend this store. Manager came up and introduced himself to us and made sure we were being taken care of also.

Great customer service, got me exactly what I needed after I was sold a bad mattress elsewhere. These guys are Pros

bed was real good first few yrs. then a bilge appeared in middle of bed.3 nights later completely flat. wont hold air. so not recommend these
beds. poor quality, atleast mine was poor quality.complete waste of money!!

Seems relaxed and professional strange how the beds are expensive and you're told how important your sleep is and the reasons why. Then they offer 350 count sheets. Seriously not even 750 which is minimum for a soft nonabrasive nights rest.

Super nice. They really helped figure out what we needed. Now these beds arent for people who get sticker shock. Cheapest will run you over a grand but more like $3,000-$6,000 for the nicer ones. I was a sceptic at first but after three weeks of trying to figure out my sleep number I no longer wake with back pain. First time in twenty years. But use this advice if you pull your back up your number a bit till it gets better than go back to your normal. My normal is 45 which is soft when i sleep on my side. 55-60 if on my back. 70 if my back hurts

Chrissy at the Bellingham store was so amazing. She answered our questions in a way that made sense. She understood the problems we were having with our current sleep. She treated my bored 12yo like a customer and handled him trying everything out too. It was great! I m awaiting the delivery of my new bed and can t wait to try it out.

Dropped into the Bellingham store on Saturday morning and was greeted with a positive welcome. I was sealing with George and he was most helpful as we purchased our bed in Canada and the supplier no longer carries the product line. George spent time locating our previous invoice and calling customer service to help me.

My pump was working but the control for one side was not as the unit is 12 years old.

George contacted customer service and we walked through testing the unit at the store. It was determined that I can pump the other side from the control unit that is working and seal off with plugs. All in all George was very helpful and professional as I received excellent customer care through him.

While George primarily helped us, all of the team at this store were friendly and jumped in when asked. We rarely make major purchases without lots of research and questions. This time was no exception and George handled even my most direct inquiries (over 3 days) with professionalism and a level of knowledge that was far greater than that of his 'peers' at other (brand) stores we visited. We particularly enjoyed that he didn't try to give us glib 'lines' in his presentation and responses.

We are excited to take delivery of our bed!
