The management was wonderful, I called ahead for a table of 7 and it was not a problem to get us in. They sat us right away without any wait. The food was amazing! There was not one thing we did not like! We ordered over 10 different dishes and all were unique and different. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the service was just average. We felt like the ladies brining our food took care of us more than our server and the wonderful gentlemen pouring our waters were also so sweet. When we got our ticket we were very pleased with the cost and thought it was reasonable. Would definitely recommend, especially for large parties.

Solera is something new and fresh in Baton Rouge! The food is super good -- the tapas offerings are unique and tasty. They have good cocktails and extensive wines and wine knowledge. The entrees we have had are also excellent. We've been twice and haven't been disappointed with anything. The Romesco sauce is different and so good! You really need to try it!

As a Spanish you can say that it is one of the best Spanish restaurants I have tried outside of Spain! Warm and helpful! 100% recommendable! I will repeat for sure !!! Thanks Solera team !!!

My son and I stopped in for early tapas dinner on the advice of a friend, and I'm glad we did! We ordered two shrimp small plates (one skewered, the other with fabulous toasted bread) and the potatoes with manchego flaked on top - all were delicious! My pet peeve is overcooked shrimp, and ours were prepared perfectly. I also had a bowl of squash soup which tasted great and had a velvety consistency. Our service and cocktail were excellent. Highly recommend for authentic Spanish food!

This is my fourth time at this new restaurant and everyone I go with LOVES it. The food is incredible. Where are you gonna get tapas like this, I felt like I was in Spain. Tons of options for small shareable small plates plus a regular menu, something for everyone. The whole Branzino grilled fish was a wonder. Paella, vegetarian, all types of things. Amazing. Great cocktails too and the sangria is incredible. Its a must. We just sit and keep ordering tapas sometimes. Great service staff, super friendly.

Delicious! The gazpacho is summertime in a bowl. But, honestly, everything really was decadent and yet approachable and just plain good. The staff was attentive but not intrusive, full of great recommendations, friendly and knowledge about the menu. I highly recommend Solera if you are looking for something different or just want to go some place special. This is it.
