They dont pay. Got scamazed by them, 10/10 would not work for them again.

In theory, solent creatives is actually a good idea, but unfortunately the implementation is like a brazen rip-off. Salaries are simply cut down considerably for no justifiable reason. They think they can do whatever they want with students just because they are students. Unfortunately, they are completely incompetent when it comes to constructive communication. I can only warn against taking a job here, unless you want to be ripped off!

I used Solent Creatives extensively during my time at Solent University, they helped me expand my portfolio and develop myself as a freelancer. The team there are amazing people who genuinely care for the students and their projects.

My partner worked here for over a month and not only didn't get paid when they said he would be (twice!) but they are now ignoring his emails and dodging his calls! Someone is actually at risk of ending up homeless because of these people!
Absolutely disgusted that this company lacks any sense of common human decency!
