Non existant customer service. I've contacted the company twice regarding some issues with my thirtytwo snowboarding boots and nothing. Never again will I buy boots from this company.

Great company with relevant brands that have withstood the test of time...

I worked for Dream Team Staffing Agency for Sole Technologies, Inc., in the city of Fontana Ca, and my experience there was INHUMANE. When I got hired on the staffing agency stated that there weren't any cell phones allowed in the warehouse. Thereafter I didn't really pay it too much attention. But, after a few days of working there, my wife had to drop me off because we only have one car and I had to take my cell phone with me in order to get in contact with her. Thus, when the security guard had seen me put my cell phone in my lunch bag he immediately FIRED me. I felt as if I was thrown out like an animal without any proper explanation or proper discussion about why I was being fired. Point of the story is if you are hired with the Dream Team Staffing Agency for the Sole Technologies, Inc., warehouse, MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE THE CELL PHONE POLICY SERIOUSLY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE FIRED IF THEY SEE A CELL PHONE IN YOUR HAND INSIDE THE BUILDING. GOOD LUCK.

I love coming here to go shopping in the warehouse. You used to have to have a special VIP card or know someone to go shopping there, but now I think they let anyone in. It's nice because they ALWAYS have really good deals on their merchandise, and they do a lot of special promotions on top of that. If you love the styles of Ed Templeton, Jerry Hsu, or Kevin Romero, this is the place to shop because they always have select styles of their shoes on sale. Great place for good deals, definitely come shop here.
