Good atmosphere and great food. Frankie is awesome

My cousin recommended Sole to me and my friends while we were in Myrtle Beach. It was the FINEST Italian meal I'd ever had in my entire life. Everyone else agreed. I got the special of the day "Veal Parmagiana". It was nothing short of supernatural. The family is quite remarkable in their history, food and service. I'd recommend the limoncello for an after dinner treat. Best I've ever had! Wonderful!

Food was phenomenal! Real Italian food. I have absolutely no complaints. Great experience, owner makes you feel like family! Great guy! Word for the wise, try the specials and eat there more than once!!

My wife, kids and I stumbled into this place by accident, basically because we didn't want to wait 2 hours for our first choice of restaurants (it was peak time & season), and our GPS took us here instead of our second choice of restaurants. As fate would have it, it turned out to be the best Italian food and service that we've ever had at Myrtle Beach! When they say you can't eat their food without humming, they're right. We typically go to the beach twice a year, and Sole will be a regular stop for us from now on.

Fantastic italian the lasagna is great the pene ala vodka it was delightful. You must try it before you leave

Whenever I go to the beach, which is often, because I work down there, I go to Sole and their food is phenomenal!!!!! Especially if you're like me and love pasta!!!! Quaint atmosphere and very friendly staff!!!!! The cooks are so on point!!!!!! Brought my Italian mother-in-law here while on vacation. Explaining how good the food is on here would not do it justice. Just ask the owner or his mom what to order. You ll be set!

We were initially concerned about dining in due to Covid 19 concerns but they were very accommodating and did everything possible to set our mind at ease. This was my second time there and being from CT and knowing what good Italian food is, I highly recommend this place!

Stumbled upon Sole while vacationing in Myrtle Beach, hands down one of the best restaurants we've ever been to. From the amazing food, to the hospitality the owner and his staff showed, this visit did not disappoint! We will be hosting Sole whenever we are in town!

My husband & I use to go here quite frequently when we had lived in the VA/NC Outer Banks area. Loved it! Owners are absolutely beautiful people & food is authentic! Their desserts are outstanding! Highly recommend the Tiramisu or Chocolate Mousse for your dessert. 1st Class all around!

Wow - we live in Chicago with access to many great restaurants but Sole is special. The food was exceptional and the service was personal and attentive. The staff is proud of what they offer and rightly so. Do yourself a favor and try it.

We ate here the other night, just amazing! Food, atmosphere and servers were spot on! From appetizers to desert perfection! If your looking for authentic Italian, this is the place!

My wife and I have been here twice now. Once shortly after they opened and March 10, 2018. They have grown but the food is still above top notch. We had a meal that I could say if it was my last meal I would smile because I very rarely taste food like this. We recently came from a trip to Iceland, food was very pricey but so worth it. This wonderful little place is tied for taste, quality, and service. Prices are just above mid range and for gods sake try something a little different here. You can be different at an Olive Garden and hate it but here you may fall in love with something totally new you would have never tried elsewhere.

All reviews pointed us to this place, and they not wrong. Excellent food. We had stuffed mushrooms, stuffed shrimp with crab(a special), ravioli and veal parm....topped off with cannoli and tiramisu for desserts. Everything was fabulous. The staff worked together and took care of us in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and friendly. The owner even came and talked to us. Very good place to go. We will return. The outside is nothing to look at, but....don't let it fool you. Well worth it.

Just all-around drab. Food was blah. The staff was okay. The Italian sauces with each dish was Very watery. 6 people at my table all agreed. Not going back. Also the parking was horrible.

Was not very good. food or the menu prices. the menu prices on line and what they r in the restaurant r doubled.the portions r very small. The service was very slow. When bringing it to the owners attention he gave us some excuse. I definitely would not eat there again

If you're looking for good Italian in Myrtle Beach, this is the place to go. The food was incredible, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Frankie, the restaurant manager, was a wonderful host. The Fiocchi appetizer will blow your mind!

This restaurant was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We ate there on a business trip and were treated so well and the food was delicious. I would encourage you to go there no matter why you are in town. The prices were not bad at all. They are closed over lunch so they can clean up and freshly prepare the entrees for dinner, YUMM!

We loved the food. Owner and general service was great. Food took time but the bread kept us happy plus conversations and appetizers.

My wife and I went to Sole Italian Restaurant on Saturday Night after performing at the New Asher Theater in Myrtle Beach with Comedian/Impersonator James Stephens III. The food was great and the service was excellent. They gave us a private dining room which made the experience outstanding. We met the owner Frankie and his mom and the chef. The whole staff was fantastic. You have to go there if you're in Myrtle Beach. You'll be so glad that you did. #awesomefood

Don't let the Unassuming exterior fool you. I thought we went to the wrong place when I first saw it. this was New Jersey quality Italian. Very fresh and delicious. Spaghetti with meatballs costs about 18$. Most chicken dishes were $18. Seafood was roughly $22 and up.

To say the least, our entire dining experience was amazing! The atmosphere was inviting to our entire family of 8. We enjoyed our meal from appetizers to dessert, and we will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

My grandma, my sister and I went here for dinner tonight and the food was absolutely wonderful, all homemade pasta, we all had an appetizer and an entree and each of them was just absolutely incredible

I had wings and potato skins. The wings were the worse wings I have ever had. They tasted like they were a week old. I will never go there again!!

One of THE best Italian restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Food is delicious, staff is very friendly. They accommodate gluten and dairy allergies I was able to have snapper francese, made deliciously without any dairy products.

Absolutely the best Italian food I have ever eaten. I have lived in 5 states and travelled to many others. I have actually eaten Italian food in Italy. It's that good. Great service as well.

Everything was amazing, from the appetizer, to the bread, to the entree's, dessert and wine. The outside almost scared us off, but once we tasted the food we were glad it didn't. This is a true Italian family restaurant and it showed in the quality of the food. I especially recommend the bruschetta and limoncello cake.

The best italian place from myrtme beach to NC hickory which is where im from, me and my wife eat here 2 times every visit to the beach we get, the owner always treats you like family, the place is small but it packs a punch! Get the fiochi itll change your views on italian food for ever, love this place, i recommend this place to anyone going on a date!!!!

Our softball team visited here on a recommendation and what a truly incredible meal we had!! The owner treated us like family. One of the best experiences for dinner I've ever had. The only way to describe the food is amazing. Every meal prepared fresh! Every meal incredible, from the apps to the homemade desserts. If you like Italian food do yourself a favor and give Sole a try. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. We will go here everytime we visit!!!

Great place! I just went there with my family and the staff and the owners were very welcoming and made us feel like family. Delicious food that really made me say mhmmmm just like they promised. :)) Definitely coming again the next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Place was awesome mine and my boyfriend's first time coming and everything was amazing !!! Staff is friendly and amazing the owner is one of the best most friendliest people ever.

I was really wanting to try some good seafood. We found this Italian place. I wasn't sure if it would be good BUT it was so good! I don't eat seafood. I don't normally like it. I got the seafood melody. Fairly priced for the location and food. My daughter enjoyed the lasagna. The other liked the cannoli. My son liked the fried calamari.

Wow what a fantastic night, our meal was great from the salad to the specials of Osso Buca and rack of lamb. Don't miss the limoncello cake and glass of limoncello. I would call this a family restaurant since the owners welcome you in like family, you can't leave with out a smile on your face from all the stories and entertaining conversation. We can't wait to come back.

I ordered the lasagna, it was the best I have ever tasted. The owner is so friendly, he treats everyone like family. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had.

A little on the expensive side but great food and staff

This is a most unimpressive looking place from the outside, but it kept on getting better after we walked in. The greeting was friendly and we were shown straight to a table for 4. Service was friendly and helpful. I had the saltimbocca which was truly wonderful and everyone else said the same about their meals. Good bottle of Chianti Classico.

Hands down the best Italian in Myrtle Beach. Came all the way from Connecticut craving good italian and this is now certainly one of my favorite italian restaurants of all time. I recommend this place for sure! Thank you Frank and family!

WHAT A JOKE!!! I ve never given a one star review in my entire life, but this was definitely earned. The host, manager, bartender, server, and apparently our owner, (All the same person), is anything but authentic Italian. The same can be said for the restaurant and it s cuisine. If I had to guess, Frankie is Armenian. The homemade Fiocchi, is a frozen, Cisco foods product used by several restaurants in the area, and certainly NOT handmade by his mom in the kitchen, unless for other restaurants have his mom making it for them as well. Lying to your clients is not a good show of integrity. The pasta is not fresh pasta, it is dry pasta from a box and the desserts are frozen and thawed, commercially made. Our wine was almost poured into a decanter that still had a half inch of dishwater in it, clearly from being cleaned right side up instead of upside down. When we stopped him from pouring the wine in, he joked that just means you get more wine. Not funny, and again not authentic. Don t waste your time or money.

The food was awesome, but we waited so long to get it.. that was a turn off. But everything was fresh and maybe that same day, awesome food, very long service.

We originally pulled up to the establishment and were a little on the edge about going in. The front door swung open and about 3 of the staff members welcomed us in. It was the best meal we've ever had! They treat you like family and you can see the time above put into the food. I loved the manicotti and the tiramisu was a wonderful dessert. We make it a point to visit each vacation!

The food is terrific. The chicken Marsala was awesome. The appetizers Bruschetta and their homemade dumpling was phenomenal. The owner is very friendly and informative. Moderately priced. Very delicious!!!

Purchased food Here on the way home yesterday. First time trying this SOLE Italian Food. Online price was $14 and $17. Not too bad, food was pretty good...When I checked my receipt, (which is texted and not printed) the total was $42!!! They charged me $18 and $20 for our dishes. That s not a price increase...that s price gouging! Beware and don t trust them. When I finally talked to the young man that says his aunt will call me back...he gave me 2-3 excuses about the menu prices being wrong online and his website was supposed to be shut down. I m still waiting for a call back from his Aunt . Great way to treat people during a pandemic! Only reason I gave 2 stars is the food was really good. No more strip mall Italian for me.

Get away from the bar food. Change the atmosphere. Classy and calm, authentic and bomb!
Great service and even better food. Everything on the menu is hand made in house. Romantic if you want or just chill for a table for one. Family owned and they treat you like family as well. Strongly recommend if you want to get away from the herd.

The food and service was excellent! I can see why they're rated #2 on trip advisor. Frankie and Lilly were wonderful to talk to and we felt like we knew them personally after just spending under 2 hours there. We had the calamari, bruschetta (complimentary for the wait), house and Caesar salads, chicken and eggplant parm and everything was delicious. Their bread and dip was awesome too. My family is Italian so we are very picky when it comes to a good, home cooked Italian meal. If we ever visit Myrtle again or go to Miami, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic is all I can say. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Parking is. Ot so great, but once inside the atmosphere was great. The staff was great. The food was so good, I did not expect how go it was. Were talking food out of your 90 year old Italian grandmothers kitchen good. It is not fast pace, so if your in a rush its not for you. My wife and I went without our kids (which I would recommend) courses come out slow, but we had amazing bread with oil and cheese, then our appetizer (didn't even know what we ordered, but the waiter recommended it) was mind blowing. Something with pears in it. Then a salad. Then the entree. With lots of wine in between. (get a bottle. We did by the glass, bit the bottle would of been cheaper) they are doing it right here. Wish we had something like this back home in Ohio. Can't recommend it enough.

The food is absolutely amazing, each dish is prepared to order, nothing sits around. Flavors are amazing and the family welcome you with own arms sho you feel like a distant relative!
