My experience at SMT has been welcoming to say the least. All the equipment is professional and relatively new. The owners are there every day and are more than willing to help/train you, as it very much seems like their successes are a direct result of your own.

I didn't have a chance to see the previous office in Deerfield but, the office in Boca is one of the nicest I've seen in South Florida. Everyone appears to get the same calls, hours are flexible, they have a good grasp on what they're doing and what it takes to succeed here. If you are willing to work you can and WILL make money. They continue to show their commitment to growth, as they've added a new verticle (or more) each month.

I'd recommend Solar Media Team if you're looking for a call center that DOESN'T SCAM PEOPLE and is committed to generating quality leads.

If you're looking to make a living to afford you're rent of $1,000 in Boca Raton, you can easily make it here. I've been with this company for over 2 years. This isn't like a regular job because I can make my rent in one week.

Management have helped me to be my best. Hours are 10 AM - 7 PM, 11 AM - 8 PM, 12 PM - 9 PM or 1 PM - 10 PM. Only work here, if you like money, have a thick skin, can be passionate about Residential Solar and have Sales/Telemarketing experience.

Working here is horrible because when you are on the phone with a client, the manager starts screaming in the background (at you or at someone else if i'ts your luck day.) How can you explain that to a client?

My experience with this company was temporary only worked there for about 2 months and it say the truth it was hard from the beginning let me start explaining as to why.

First when you go for what they call an interview as far as I noticed there looking for people that have a good voice to start the other needs you pick up as you work.

Second your not told the whole truth before you start as to how you get paid for the transfers you do.

Second as having years of experience in the call center business the leads are not properly cleaned as per federal laws, you get hundreds of people that are on the federal no call list but they are still calling them also you get a lot of people that are not homeowners which are the people your supposed to be calling.

Third there dispositioning in any center you work when you do disposition the people as (DO NOT CALL) they are still called by the dealer and not once more but many times more which that's a big issue that does cause any companies major problem with the law after a while.

Fourth how can you maintain things right when you have the higher ups screaming over you when you are on a call? This is the first center that I have seen doing this and its not proper and also have music blasting so hard that when you are with the caller they ask if your calling from a party.

Fifth managers/leads they only look at certain people to see what they are doing that's not right or fair you see many just talking and not dialing but if they got there eyes on you they come up to you asking what your doing but the people that are walking around or taking personal phone calls are not told a thing. They also keeps saying they will work with you but they don't you have to learn in your own or with the help from another coworker. I asked over 5 times if someone has listened to my calls to give a feedback kept getting told they will but never happened.

My suggestion try it if you want atleast its $400.00 for sure per week. Thank God I had gotten a job before they let me go for not making the amount of transfers they wanted per week which is impossible for most with these things happening.

100% agree with you Juan and only the ones who in management such as Michael Gordon rating themselves with more than 5 stars to deceive applicants. If there was negative zero, that's what I would rate that unprofessional place which I'm sure will soon shut down.

SMT is a great place to work. I have never been in a cleaner, more beautiful call center environment. It's a great earning opportunity, and the management team is very supportive. The training staff is available to support you in succeeding. Plus conveniently located, with access to tri-rail and shuttles that bring you right to the door.
