My company has been dealing with Solar Innovations for about a year. They are THE WORST for hitting deadlines and for dealing with their accounting department. They seemingly DEMAND that you do what they request of you WHEN they request it, but they take their time (and then some) when you need something. HORRIBLE customer experience from what my company and I have seen. I think we've had enough.

These may be great products but I would never put them in my house due to the fact that, if you need any replacement parts, good luck finding them. I have called their office twice and spoke to someone in regards to replacement parts. They transferred me to the correct department where I had to leave a message. After two weeks and no call back, I sent an email requesting replacement parts. Still no response. So, I will go back to my customer and tell them I am unable to repair their doors. They will not be happy with Solar Innovations.
Fantastic company to do business with. We have been buying their product for a long time and it is always top quality. We work with Joe every time up there and he is a fantastic representative for the company

I am a contractor in Salem Oregon. I have a client that has ordered a greenhouse/solarium kit that is approximately 12 x 24 . They charge the client a premium price for this kit and have it shipped to Oregon. I think this kit had all the options you could ve possibly put inside this unit. Me and my crew and uncrated the kit which came in 5 large crates, and go on the field copy of drawings which contain 76 pages of architectural drawings. The installation instructions was a small pamphlet maybe maybe 20 pages with no sequence of events to install this unit. The installation instructions should ve been a book of 200 pages or more. Solar innovations has 4 installation videos of a kit that they built that is six years old. The product design that we received is different than the kit that they installed in the video. They mention in the video the kit took five men two days to install.Me and two other workers have been on this project for just over three weeks now, and the job is not done. We have had numerous conversations with Frank at solar innovations in an attempt to figure out the proper sequence of events. Frank was little to no help, and the customer service was poor. Frank left me and my crew frustrated because we did not get the answers we needed. We are waiting on parts that are wrong cancel renovations wants to charge the client $600 to ship them new parts.This kit also has some design flaws that should be addressed. We have 2-3 panel sliding glass doors with the rollers and the threshold. As you walk over the threshold dirt and debris comes off of the bottom of your shoes, and the wheels grind and that dirt and debris. Another potential design flaw I see is that they spec out caulking almost everywhere. If and when your caulking fails this unit will leak. If I could ve left no stars I would have due to the frustration of trying to install this kit with instructions that are not adequate to do the job. I would not recommend anybody does with solar innovations.
The company will not respond to a warranty repair, the glass roof leaks and was installed by a company certified contractor. The approved contractor will not respond either. Great looking product, Bad Warranty and Bad customer service!!
I went there for a Y.E.S. trip, and the owner was very polite and respectable in a very genuine manner.
