Love it here. Staff excellent. Food excellent. Currently staying here and have been here several times. Never disappoints. Lovely view from our balcony. Day 3 and 8 more to go. Brilliant.

A great hotel in Benidorm. Awesome buffet. A lot of variety and quality. Seafood, different meats, well cooked live. Many more star hotels do not have this great Buffet. Although there are many guests, there are many hammocks in the pools and you end up taking some. The animation is also very good. But the best thing is the hotel staff: perfect, attentive and super polite. A super recommended hotel. Very well located, walking two minutes from the beach and twenty minutes on a walk to the old town. We will repeat insurance.

Awesome pools! Very good food to be a 3 star hotel !! Rooms and cleaning according to the price! Many activities !!! The best: a step away from the beach! We will repeat !!!

A three star Benidorm ... correct and improvable in some aspects

We booked our stay for 3 people sharing one room, but when we arrived they said it was for 2 people so the room had to be changed. The room itself was not big enough for 3 people, it was dirty. We asked for another room so for a price we moved rooms. unfortunately this seemed to be a common thing but when we met two oap ladies who were very distressed with there situation we felt compelled to help. After much deliberation the hotel moved these 2 lovely ladies but alas they only had 4 days left of there 14 day stay. They had complained every day, we complained once and demanded to be moved and they moved us.
Shame on them for being so arrogant to these 2 lovely ladies.
Wont go there again.
