I had a great experience at the Sheraton! I do wish it was a little closer to the main attractions in Lisbon, but it was still a good home base during my visit. I especially enjoyed breakfast each morning in the lobby restaurant! I highly recommend!
No complaints, but I may not be familiar enough with hotels of this standard! Very pleasant stay!
Good location and lovely view from the roof top bar
Good night, I'm from Recife one day I will visit this wonderful place with My wife is very beautiful ...
Great location and great staff. Really nice rooms. The area is kind of low key but you can find some gems. Cheap cab rides to downtown and quick metro rides to areas of the city.
Pros:
Modern design
Nice view of the city from the upper floors
There is a lounge for platinum Marriott customers with drinks and food
Minuses:
Zero noise isolation (at 3 am we woke up screaming in the next room of some drunken company, every word was heard)
The most disgusting breakfast in my life (photo attached) is dangerous to health, even the melon was spoiled.
Added a photo of Fried egg (the oil for frying does not change during the whole breakfast) - a shame for a 5-star hotel.
SPA experience very good. Very nice space and a very good relaxing massage.
Excellent hotel for the business travellers. Rates are high
Room in height and very beautiful view. Many staff and nothingness.
Super clean. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Always attentive. I will definitely go back.
Nice Hotel, great location and very professional staff. Room extremely nice, clean and very comfortable bed. A++
Fantastic service, amazing hotel and true 5 star experience.
Great hotel a little far from the main sites but easily reachable by metro or bus.
Great place! Inhave stayed at this facility many times for the past 12 years! Great location. Wonderful breakfast for about 12 euros! The rooms are very comfortable, with a wonderful spa like bathtub experience!!!
Panoramic bar with a fantastic view of Lisbon. Magnificent
Central location, nice rooms!
Surroundings area are a bit dirty!
Rooms are big, supermarkets, malls, Restaurants and pharmacies are within walking distances. The center is 7-10 ride. My only problem is lack of bathroom amenities, and the dark carpet/curtain. Check it/out was easy and fast
Rooftop bar with beautiful views. Beautiful and calm place.
Great location. Nice rooms, great design. Good Breakfast, very friendly and professional staff.
Really nice hotel within a mile walking distance of the city - Lisbon is beautiful and friendly. Hotel very comfortable, breakfast was great
The best
Everything perfect
Well-located, internationally-recognized luxury hotel that is convenient to strolling the historic and fashionable parts of the city. The rooms have all the standard amenities expected of a 4 or 5 star property. The rooms are either recently renovated or exceptionally well-maintained. I was on the Club level on the 24th floor. The room rates, compared to other international destinations, are very reasonable given the high quality of the hotel. The basic room rate was around 160.
I've just tried the restaurant. The executive menu is very good and the price is reasonable. Great value for money.
Staff very attentive and friendly.
Fantastic bar with the best view of the city!
This is a really nice Sheraton.
The location is good for a short stay (4-5 days). It's about 10-15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Rossio train station. I recommend using Uber to get around, it's really cheap.
On to the actual hotel: The staff is very friendly. The lobby is large with plenty of seating. The a nice room in the club level. Looks like they renovated the rooms recently, it feels fresh and modern.
The spg lounge has good breakfast and plenty of drinks. They also have a rooftop bar with great views of the city at night.
This is probably more of a business hotel, but I think it's a great choice for the price ($$ or points).
Fabulous. The impeccable check-in. The unbeatable attention. The restaurant on the terrace overlooking the bridge of April 25 and the Christ. A great hotel for a big city.
Very good hotel, right in the center of Lisbon. Commerce, restaurants, spas, bookstores, several stores, all very close. Good room service. Everything impeccable.
Unheated swimming pool (in May) -fast food - welcome and service limits - coffee machine hs - 1 bathrobe for three people on our arrival-card access to the club lounge not-wifi pay-two french tv channels - the while club room at 250th night !!!!
I like this hotel
Beautiful view from highest floor rooms
Wonderful rooms and service provided. Blackout windows are the best for flight crews that flew over the ocean on a 8+ hour flight and need a recharge.
Awesome location. Next to underground station. Lots of pubs and restaurants near. Great staff and clean rooms. Never used the pool but it looked awesome.
A great place to stay with newly renovated rooms with chic fittings. The staff were great especially Mr. Rosa from the restaurant in the lobby as well as Marco from reception.
The food is the restaurant is awesome. Would be our choice of accommodation should we visit Lisboa again.
Rusty water in the room, rude hotel stuff, 0 service. Management doesn't care at whole
Arrogant receptionist, not very helpful. Rooms are ok. Eating does not make hearts beat faster. Wrong designed Roofbar.
I have just experienced one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The Lisboa Sheraton is both well placed and is staffed by some incredible people. The most amazing aspect was the panoramic view of the City from the bar and restaurant on the 26th floor. You have to see it to believe it. I could speak fot hours about the rooms and facilities, the amazing staff and general alround quality. I will return, thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay such a fantastic experience.
A friend is staying at the hotel it really is beautiful the room immaculate reception too
Nice place, but expensive and pretty far away from downtown. Try to stay closer to the water. Felt like a business hotel.
Very nice welcome, nickel service, very pleasant staff and available for the slightest of requests.
Good location with 3 nearby underground metro stations to get into city centre. Hotel is also near Saldaha, so there are good dinning options n shopping facilities at hand as well. The room are fairly large by European standard and most important, it's clean, comfortable and well equipped with facilities/amenities. Consistent SPG standard.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Tom is clean and comfortable.
Excellent hotel wirh 24 hour gym. There is a top floor restaurant with spectacular panoramic views of Lisbon. Rooms are to a big standard
Located on the top floor of the hotel, the bar and restaurant offer a magnificent view over Lisbon.
Excellent buffet. Great choice, includes water and coffee in the $25 charge.
Great hotel and facilities but a little too far from the centre.
Good hotel! Only one deficiency in the suites, because when you remove your clothes in the double room, the person who is with us sees everything, just do not see if not look, taking away this is great the hotel!
Needs no comment is a 5 Star hotel where the philanthropist millionaire Calouste Gulbenkian lived in Lisbon
Beautiful spa, top ten massage, flawless service is to repeat and bring friends
The Lisbon Sheraton in 2015 was my house for almost 10 weeks. The best view of Lisbon, the best staff an hotel can have. I have been in few Sheratons around the globe and other SPGs hotels... but Lisbon Sheraton is a very special one.
The best hotel we've been to in Portugal.
Breakfast was good (although the coffee and hot chocolate could have been better), service was good, rooms are not very large, but just right. There is even a little outdoor pool (not long enough for swimming laps, but still nice enough to spend an hour in the sun next to it, or some time with the kids).
Good hotel with spacious rooms but it seems to need renovation; to be 5 stars it lacks more brightness. Huge views and breakfast price too. Something away from the center but you can park and by subway or taxi you arrive immediately.
It's good, but it looks old and the rooms lack maintenance. If you go to the club lounge this is terrible and you have to go out to dinner because what they serve is nothing. If you go out to dinner be careful because they put cheeses, bread, butter etc ... and they charge you separately.
On the top floor, there is a bar whose view is FANTASTIC! It is the tallest building in Lisbon, it is worth going up and enjoying the city of Lisbon, from another perspective!
Really enjoyed this hotel, great service and accommodations. Sheraton is not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
Great hotel. Rooftop bar has the best views of Lisbon!
Amazing restaurant and view of the city at afternoon / evening
Very nice rooms, good value. Good food in the club lounge for Platinum members. Check in was a breeze. Arrived early but suite wasn't ready so they gave us a good room to wait until the suite is ready. Nice!
I did not stay here and I spent 3 days in the conference room for work. The lounge bar on the top floor has a good view. Lobby The restaurant and bar are also clean.
Speak to the lunch chef in Portuguese and he'll whip up a juicy steak just for you!
