Worst hotel I ever been in! For 4 star hotel they got no bath robes , no irons in room , no slippers and not even a toilet brush ! 1 dental kit in a double room . The maids clean the room but they don t replace any kits that they have in toilets and the floor is dirty all the time. Very disappointed. Paid a lot for nothing. At least the location is nice but the hotel is not even a 3 star one . Better choose another one! The staff don t speak english and refuse to talk with english people and they are very rude and don t know how to welcome a guest!

We also had a very unpleasant maid who pointed out how difficult it was to clean our room because it was messy, said how pale I was and refused to leave the room first we both thanked and said goodbye.

not bad. some guests a little noisy, and the rooms are not super well soundproofed. the pool is under construction.

Very small room for too much furniture in the room. We have stayed in Melia Hotel Abet many times in the past, I can not recommend this.

Good waterfront location but be sure of your sea view as their description covers any room where the sea is visible - - some times only just!!

Public areas are nice but bed rooms a bit tired. Bathroom shower area an accident waiting to happen. Our balcony a disgrace.

They are all very friendly, the rooms and the views are great, just like the restaurant and the lobby, the only downside is that right when we went the restaurant was full, so we asked room service and the table inside the room was very small And it was very cold at night to eat on the outside, we managed at the end, but it was a little uncomfortable, we did not use the pool, but it looked super provocative.

Nice hotel, nice service. The extra breakfast is really worth it is varied, plentiful and very good. Nice outdoor pool but pity it's closed for the season.

Friendly staff but for the size too few staff at the front desk. Had to wait almost a quarter of an hour to check out. Pool also very small.

We celebrate the company dinner. The service was efficient and the food was rich. Private space to spare for all who attend. Clean and provisioned bathrooms with everything you need. At the end of the dinner they lowered the rack to the hall where they arranged a dance floor and a bar to spend the evening. Varied music and drinks at an affordable price.

Great hotel. Large rooms with good cleanliness and very comfortable bed. The staff as a whole was very accomodating. The breakfast is very filling and diverse, and served with a view of the marina. There is a public parking stuck with the hotel door, whose daily rate is only 5 euros. The hotel faces the Marina, being possible to walk to the centrinho of Palma, where are the restaurants. In short, the hotel is a good value for money.

Superb Hotel! The staff is welcoming and very professional. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. Wide choice at breakfast level with very good products. There are several relaxation areas inside and outside the hotel. Small flat is that the pool is not suitable for children. I recommend it without a doubt.

Everything was consistent, great views, nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is really great. The view from the balcony towards the harbor is great and when everything is lit in the dark it looks even better. The rooms are well air conditioned and clean. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and is big enough. The staff is friendly. Cost and selection of the minibar is limited. A mini bar was never cheap. I am very satisfied and would book again.

Good position for exploring palma city and harbor. I found this hotel very business like and not homely

Awful Experience! The weekend we spent in this hotel in early June was full of sorrows and hardships created by the staff. Which after 1 month have not yet been resolved. Ms Celia receptionist met us saying that the reservation we had made is paid 10 days before departure, had not been paid by the agency and therefore needed to be charged on the credit card again before we saw the room. I make it short, the same employee has failed the payment bill 3 times. The last reported the amount paid changed his mind a second time for the same stay on my card. But even today I have to write the reminders at the hotel and the agency to get the actual refund. Not to mention the other hotel amenities that were not at the height of a 4 star hotel.

Great location overlooking the marina and spacious rooms (for the Premium Sea View rooms at least). Breakfast is not quite as good as it used to be - supplies ran out at busy times and the Bucks Fizz has disappeared.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, but the closest decent beach is 45 minutes away (walking). The best is to rent a bicycle (5 euros per day).

This place have amazing views of the port of palms. It's close from the old town and the night life. Very nice hotel

It is a hotel that has everything. Luxury, good location and good facilities. The breakfast is exceptional. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel. It is very varied, with very high quality. It has natural orange juice! The location is extraordinary, being on the seafront, very close to the hard rock cafe and many bus stations. In addition, taxis arrive in a few minutes if they are not there and waiting at the entrance of the hotel for someone to leave. Very good service and great facilities. It has 4 elevators in parallel and a medium sized pool overlooking the port. Very pretty. Breakfast is made in the pool which has a very cool bar and restaurant. Highly recommended.

this hotel have many pluses: beautiful views, clean rooms, good restaurant and pool area (a bit small). it is also very good located -walking distance from city center; bus station and santa catalina neighborhood.

in terms of services they could improve the reception as it is always crowded and the priority checkin counter doesnt have any relevance.

being a vacation hotel it is overpriced especially in the high season and if you dont book in advance.

50/50 a bit far to the city center.
If you love the harbor view then it fits.
If you want to shop, you should move closer to the city. Pool works like that. Breakfast great. No kids seen there.

Good site quality price. But as the reviews are interesting, I have two suggestions: the bathtub and bathroom in general is old, the baths are not wanted by anyone and it is something that is used daily and even several times a day; the second is the minibar, which you put on the bare nose, and of course, that person with a fat brain is going to resist a sweet ...

The room can be improved for what is paid not only in its decoration, comfortable but worn mattresses, staff attention is good and its location good too.

Beautiful Hotel.. The customer service is the best I have experienced in Europe. The breakfast in the morning,is amazing as well.. There are so many choices for whatever your diet plans are. They also make fresh omelets atyour request. There are also many different restaurants right around the corner. If your into the club seen there are also a few very close by. I would definitely be back to this hotel.

The hotel was nice, I stayed at the 12th floor with a nice view of the bay area below. The breakfast was good but nothing special. The service was great.

I go to the island for work frequently and I usually stay in the area. The hotel needs an update in the rooms. The reception is very nice but then the bathroom is small and badly laid out. The water in the shower comes out with very little pressure. The rooms are very noisy. The noise outside from the street and corridor is constant.
If you fancy a bottle of water you already know that as a general rule it is usually somewhat high in the room but 4 is an abusive price. There are, as I said, better options. In my case I will try not to return again.

If you look for the harbor and the cathedral and do not mind the often loud traffic, this is the place for you. Very good breakfast and mostly good to very good rooms. We stayed in May on the 14th floor with breathtaking views. The center and the district of S. Catalina are only a few minutes walk away.

The hotel has an excellent location and the facilities are very good. Breakfast fully recommended, very complete. Comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness.

Great hotel: We had a nice one week stay in this place. Staff eas very polite and friendly. Breakfast and lunch at pool bar were tasty. There is a nice 25m pool that makes it possible to really swim. Fitness area was small but it did its job. Good parking/safe place for bikes.

Room keys are a nightmare,the cards do not work,changed the cards 3 times for 4 nights. Average 4 star hotel. Breakfast nothing exceptional.

Food was great. Not a big dinner menu but great service and well cooked meals.

Location is great. Lobby is nice. Breakfast very good and generous and in the weekend finished at 11 which is sooo appreciated. However the room we had was dated. It had lots of space but needed a little love. It feels old and unkempt... not dirty but needing a deep carpet clean, fresh paint and maybe even a dusting. Practical but basic.

I only went to the restaurant for a christening, everything was very clean but the air conditioning was not noticeable, and they were still entering first courses when we had already had coffee and desserts, come on they were late, there was not everything, if you did not run you did not eat

This hotel was one of the best parts of our holiday in Palma de Mallorca, they have a nice swimming pool, the staff is polite and experienced. The food is good, and the coffee are one of the best we have tried.
Only issue I would say is that there is no beach near there and you need to go by car, but good thing is that is walking distance of the Castle of Bellver.

Excellent location and if it is a room overlooking the harbor, beautiful views, which is enjoyed both in the pool and in the restaurant. In the pool, the sun only lasts half a day and it fills up a lot. The rooms are quite good. And they have a small terrace. It has a bar at the bottom.
