Never before I had such a terrible, bland, tasteless wrap. It is just a rolled wrap without any filling.
I love Soho Sandwiches. I always know that I'm in for a treat. They make proper sandwiches and don't skimp on the fillings either! Was thoroughly delighted when they started making vegan sarnies - because now my husband gets to enjoy them too! 5*
I worked in this company does not pay for overtime. Hygiene of work is the same as catastrophic. People work without medical examinations etc.
Utter garbage if I wanted cardboard to chew on i would have attended the local recycling center
Absolutely appalling, no filling in most of the selections of sandwiches or wraps. Very poor quality.
The Soho Sandwich Co supply the sandwiches that they sell in the restaurant at my work. They are occasionally a little light on filling but this one really took it to another level - This photo is just after I initially unwrapped it thinking it felt light.
Not only did the manager of the restaurant in my work imply that I was lying & picked it out (why anyone would do that I don't know, I obviously bought it to enjoy it!), but then the manager she sent the complaint to at The Soho Sandwich company also suggested that I lied because there was a hole in the tortilla, which supposedly was caused by a piece of lettuce that is no longer there?!
Long story short, the whole situation was a joke, the customer service from both companies has been appalling. I have never complained about anything before this, I am just very disappointed in both parties. Lost a daily customer through this!!
Purchased their sandwich in Whole Foods "thankfully" on sale, very pleased with another vegan option but that was short lived.... There was minimum stuff on the sandwich and most of the time it felt like I was just eating dry bread. People on plant based diet need to eat bigger amounts of food, therefore selling expensive products like sandwiches with not much on it, in my case will result in not buying anything from them ever again and out of the window goes the recommendation to other people as well. I am hoping that this company will embrace abundancy into the future :).
They got the stars just for the vegan options.
