Good service fast turnaround times reasonably priced on most items and services. All around good computer shop

Wasn't up front with me about an items condition item was refunded and put back on sale.

Great service from advice to purchase. Installation by Paul was spot on and everything was customized to my requirements on Windows 10 which I was wary about having at the start. I have used them now for over 6 years and they still provide the best all round service in my opinion.

I just love going to this shop! Although some might class me as a bit of a Luddite, I'm never made to feel incompetent by the staff. A sound problem with my computer was quickly solved whilst I was in the shop, with full and simple explanations given - and no charge. Absolutely brilliant service!

Excellent service. I rang on the Thursday spoke to Neil told him the problem I were having with my laptop. He came up with a few solutions over the phone what to do. He collected the laptop Thursday afternoon and returned it Friday afternoon with all the problems sorted. Top service. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a new PC from PC Academy and found Neil very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the PC, the service and the price and would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I wanted a gaming p.c. built to my own spec, I had considered buying an off the shelf p.c. but decided to use a local shop instead. I spoke to Neil in the shop and gave him my budget and preferred specifications, the machine was built on time and within the budget.
I am really pleased with the service and the little touches made to the p.c. to make me feel that care and attention had been made.
My wife went to collect the p.c. for me and Neil even carried it out and loaded it into the car for her (what a gent) as it was pouring down.

Went in with a gaming pc I built my self but wasn't booting. PC ACADEMY SORTED within a day I was over moon great value . Top bloke great support would definitely recommend to a friend and use again.

We used PC Academy as it is a local firm and we like to support firms in our own town. So glad we did. On our first enquiry into a new computer he demonstrated the different models he had in store. He asked questions on how we used the computer and what we wanted it to do for us, thereby enabling him to guide us to the most suitable one.
We took our old computer to him and he transferred everything on to the new one. Having arranged a time to come to our house to set it up he completed everything with an hour.
Excellent service, clear explanation on all our questions. Even advised us after the sale on something we had a problem with (our problem not his).
Would definitely recommend PC Academy for all computer needs.

Used PC Academy many times for phone repairs and also to purchase Gaming PC for my son, I would highly recommend them, they always offer great advice and are really easy to speak to, the prices are fair, left my sons Iphone for a battery replacement this morning and it was ready in the afternoon quick efficent service give them a try you won't be disappointed

When I needed a new pc power unit, this place came in handy. The knowledge base of places like this is invaluable to the local community.
Update May 2017. Quoted me a reasonable price to fix my partner's broken laptop screen, and stuck to it. Cost less than I thought. Also kept me updated via text during the process.

Purchased a used iPad 4 and the condition was exceptional, looked like new. Went back to PC Academy to buy one for a friend and walked away with a used iPad mini in the same condition.
Neil said he only dealt in hand selected Apple items to guarantee quality and I would agree.
Nice shop and staff. Will be using again in the future.

Great service. Really helpful. Competitive prices. Far better than a big company. Ridiculous that they aren't seen as an essential service when everyone is relying on IT but they have to close during lockdown.
