Bought a stihl blower used it two months and the plastic clip broke. Brought it in and it wasn t a warranty item, however, this place does business like they should and took care of it! Excellent customer service. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs lawn equipment! Glad To know in this crazy world we ow live in, there are businesses still doing the right American thing!

Ordered a hard to find mower wheel off of them on a Thursday evening, arrived at my house on Saturday afternoon, free shipping. Good price, fast shipping, no hassle. How can you go wrong. I will order from them again if I need a part and I will recommend them as well.

Great place. Good staff. I saw an ad for a lawn tractor on Facebook marketplace, I messaged them and asked a few questions (to which they responded very quickly), and I went in and bought it the same day. They answered all my questions, started the mower in front of me, and had my delivery scheduled and me out the door within 15 minutes. Great experience overall.

I was more than impressed with the overall customer service I recently received. I was sold a better product at a lower price. It was not in a box, they had it full of gas, a employee at the door to show me how to operate, and they saved me time and money. I highly recommend them for all your Outdoor Power Equipment needs.

I have an old Snapper mower model 28086s. I needed a clutch assy and called Sohar's. I told them I needed part #7072658, and was told the part was out dated (no longer made by Snapper and the part was being replaced with a Briggs & Stratton part) but there was a replacement part 7600208yp.
So I looked up the replacement part, and noticed it did not show the rubber wheel. So I called Sohars back and asked if the rubber wheel was included. The lady that help me was very polite, but did not know the answer I sought. She said she would call the parts department and find out. 2 hours later she called back and told me the part had the wheel included. I order the part.
Part came in perfect as described, except the diameter of the wheel was 3/8 of an inch too small.I explained the sale to Sohars and was told there was no returns on this part. A solid piece of metal, but no returns. Be very very careful when dealing with these people, they will say anything to make a sale.

If you have aging parents or spouses make sure you don't let them go into the store alone with their merchandise to be serviced. Ripped off

i purchased a few parts online and was kept update throughout the entire process! My packages arrived on time and in great condition. I will absolutely be a life long customer and will be telling all my friends about Sohars! Awesome customer service and a great expierence!

Not too happy. I'm not a regular customer so they probably didn't care whether I came back. I had a snowblower tuned up. Ran for 1-2 minutes, then died. Called the same day I picked it up and was told to replace the fuel cap. Did that. Same problem. Replaced fuel filter as suggested. Same problem. Out of town for a while. (MY fault.)
Brought it back in to fix it after 34 days when they "fixed" it for me originally ($120).
Was told it's at least another $75. Yes, it was more than 30 days (their warranty) so don't expect ANY understanding on their part.

Willing to open up his personal EV charger for emergencies if you call and ask. Thanks!

Great people and Amazing service, I found my new place for lawn equipment forget the box stores ! I purchased a new Stihl Leaf Blower / Vacuum and they assembled and also went over everything on it from start too finish plus Stihl offers u a additional 2-Yr Warranty if u purchase their pre mixed 50/1 Fuel the first time u use the machine. This extends the Warranty to a total of 4-Yrs ! 414CFM at tube for blower, not bad. Theirs a Larger Model for $60.00 more but for only a extra 30CFM, I thought it was a waste. CFM is what u want for pushing wet leaves if u need more power, purchase a backpack blower they have many in stock ! ( CFM ) - Cubic FT / Minute.
