Great service, I got my phone serviced and the charger port replaced in 4 days the staff was very nice and cooperative.
I'm having my worst Nokia experience with Softlogic. Do not believe their show room representatives in Majestic City Show Room..Thank you very much for your support !

Great Customer Service - Spoke to a gentleman named Theshan from the Nokia Repairs Devision, in regard to a replacement battery; was very transparent and got back to me within 5 minutes, briefing me accordingly with all required information.
Customer care staff was very helpful. But Ac was not working properly aa d there was no systematic way when it came to waiting for the turn.
Terrible customer and poor implementation of service warranty contracts, I will not choose nokia for sure !!!
bad experience i have, no response from customer care for MICROMAX and they promised to give it on 2019/04/06 but no one knows the status of job and once request only start the job more than 28 tried to call them and they did not answer and did not care about customer at all.
There is no proper system in place to receive customers. No instructions to tell which officer will serve the customers and which officer will not. Althogh there were four people at the counters, not every one was serving customers. I had to wait for an hour just to collect a mobile after battery replacement. Although the officer who served me was polite and helpful, I would not recommend this place. We need to think about buying mobile phones from Softlogic if this is going to be their customer service.
Nice place and customer service. Done my job within 24 hours.
