Worst company you would ever want to join. No work ethics. Doesn't care about their employees. Lots of bogus sister companies. Be careful with the management.

Fake Positions, Fake People, Fake Company. Illegally gathering Data from Job seekers and cheating them. Waste of time.

It's better to be job less rather than working with this organization. No respect or value for the employee , Do visit the office before joining else you will regret soon

I worked there for five years. They are the honest people I have seen in this industry. It is undoubtedly a great company but the company has expanded enormously in the recent years and every smallest employee cannot be taken care like a baby. You got to be little patient sometimes.

I have a great record against anybody right now, so it doesn't really matter to whom i work for organization I'll be in there as the big favorite. But I work my best for commitments in the important roles. That's why I'm number one. There's no secret...I'm not overconfident, but very confident.
So if your organization dont have capacity to pay us just be with current employees dont look for other's..
So please never waste our time with your free time, once done with interviewing be responsinble to intimate us regarding feedback either positive or negative.

Here we have a lot of commitments we dont have leisure time to wait for you're feedback. & HR she says like its on hold or not shortlisted just wait for it till we update you.
then how long should we wait man?? we just need our result either good or bad we need to correct our self for the next time so try to be as we expect.

I knew that SoftHQ dont look for higher salaried employee so better make sure to come with exact requirment which you need better to focus on those, so please dont come for SR Profiles on JR Pays.

Don't say it's company. Its big fraud. Worst staffing company I have ever seen. Making everything fake documents. Nobody cares about consultant here, even not owner. Remember my words, its big fraud, waste of time and money. I hope I can save someone's career to be spoiled.

I worked in this company for 15 months. So I can give the better review. Infact I was fired by this organisation due to low performance. They are supportive and helpfull but only problem is you never know when will you get the closure indeed they have good clients hold. All you have to do is work hard. They never enter into your creative space and ask you to submit profile immediately. They will understand your problems. Kranthi and Sindu are God and Goddess. No doubt about this. But make sure you are not trapped by whistle blowers because they will send wrong indications to sindu and Kranti. Always keep track of your work. No work pressure, you have work life balance. Better to give 4 stars.

They emailed me saying a job was 'female only' which is probably in violation of the EEOC policies in the US, in my opinion.

Very unprofessional in my experience! Recommend avoiding.

Worst company ,don't work with these third class people ,they will not give any incentive no benefits ,just put unnecessary pressure ,main thing is bad politics in company ,
