FANTASTIC hotel. Beautiful design, great Spa center included in the room rate, great breakfast. Make sure to reserve a room that face the pool. They have a coffee house a bar and two restaurants on the premises- prices are a bit higher then outside but hi, this is a five star hotel! We arrived late and didn't enjoy the FANTASTIC outdoor pool- please be smarter then us (closes at 7pm).
After one year far, i had the chance to visit back my home hotel , I was welcomed very warmly, with high attention.
The hotel still fabulous and the stuff is very professional and care about small details related to the service as well to the barrier gesture.
The food is excellent with large varieties, and the cleanliness of its universe is an important factor that insure us to feel safe about our kids.
Nice hotel with great welcoming staff.... just if they could arrange a better gym and spa timing instead of everything is closed at 6 pm specially for the guests.
Beautiful hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable. The spa includes the fitness room. There are two pools, a lap pool and a regular swimming pool. The staff ward very courteous and attentive. The grounds of the hotel were well maintained. There is a large park outside the front of the hotel where families gather on sundays. The restaurants are excellent. I highly recommend the lamb tangia, which is cooked for 24 hours and is spectacular. It is about 10 - 15 min taxi ride to the old town market where you can f in no traditional wood boxes, rugs, pods, shoes, robes, pottery and other items. Highly recommend this hotel

Good location, spacious parking for cars, and enjoyable garden views. Low quality finishings for the rooms. You hear people nextdoor coughing, talking, laughing. You basically are better off staying elsewhere if you want tranquility. Terrible room service, messy internal phone services when trying to reach different locations within the establishment, and overall not worthy the 5 stars.
We went to the Sofitel to have a break from a road trip back to marakesh. We freshened up and had a tea. It wasn t very crowded. Nice hotel with a green parking and a nice garden.
