Sofitel Palm Resort Review

The hotel was wonderful! So were the staff - courteous, helpful and responsive. Very happy with our experience.

If you feel like being transported to the Indian subcontinent, without a time machine, you should pay a visit to Zoya Restaurant. With its Indian sculptures, showpieces and musical performance, you are bound to feel like a person reliving that epoch. The traditional dishes range from Gol Gappay to pure desi-style chai and even gulaab jamun floating in a sweet syrup. This place should be your utmost choice if you like to have a great background to look at, great music to hear and equally great food to eat.

Best and elite hotel!!! Tranquil and serene specially in morning. So nature friendly. Breakfast spread with so much variety. Staff are polite and cooperative. Ms. DIVYA attended us with all attention.

Featuring balconies or terraces with views, the refined rooms provide free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and Bose audio systems. Room service is available. Suites and apartments add kitchens, living rooms and dining areas; some include butler service and private club access. Villas have pools.
The property has 6 pools, along with 14 choice eateries and bars. There's also a French-Polynesian styled spa, and a kid's club. Tennis and water sports are available.

Visited the hotel last week to try out its ballroom-turned-into-the most elegant tennis court I ever played on. The court is managed by Rackets Academy. Sofitel is located at the tip of Palm Jumeirah equipped with gorgeous pool and an amazing view of the ocean and the city. Went back our our staycation and had a great time. Wonderful staff and service. The upgrade and welcome drinks were extras that give a lasting impression. The hotel makes sure of hygiene and safety measures and we felt comfortable.

Very nice place, variety of food nd nice staff. Nevertheless miss this opportunity.

Loved the hotel and the stay was woderful.
Highly recomemdation for the family

Overall I had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi signal in my room was extremely weak and barely worked. I had to leave my room to be able to use it properly. Also I asked for a wake-up call at check-in but I did not get one.

Very stylish place to stay, long beach line, tasty food and great staff. In cons I may add not stable complimentary wi-fi in a room (but super-stable on a beach) and a construction site near by spoiling the view to the west.

Pool was very good, facilities great and the staff superb. Room was a slight let down as it could have been cleaner and wifi needs to improve. But overall a fantastic hotel and great views of the palm from the hotel private beach. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with so much selection. Staff as i said were brilliant.

Top hotel, thank to Mr. Soliman we got the best room with the best view ever. We are very greatful for all the hospitality and support of Mr. Soliman (the Manager) and Mr. Asif, who was always there for us. We thank you from all our heart and for sure we will be soon back in Sofitel the Palm.

We had a great, relaxing and refreshing family staycation at Sofitel over the weekend. Absolutely and definitely one of the best hotels to spend time at hands down ! Nasr at the reception desk made the check-in experience one of the smoothest and easiest ones I have experienced in a while ... even did it with a smile all way , thank you Nasr and thank you Sofitel.
