Clean room, delicious and varied breakfast. Staff of all departments are excellent.

Very nice, pleasing and peaceful atmosphere. Very luxurious. Happening night Life and world class service.

Hotel is little old but has good amenities and rooms. I had good experience as they upgraded me to a suite room. Room was quite comfortable. Good amenities. Breakfast and dinner options were good. I could manage the venegetarian menu despite little options. But much better than other hotels in Bangkok.
Vegetarian food also was good in taste. Only issue was they were routinely repeated.

Its a totally different world compared to the surroundings outside! The mall is very well designed and well maintained...easy to find the store you needed. Lots of good restaurants on the top floor.

Good luxury hotel close to a nice park (for a run) and for the train to central Bangkok.

My friend booked 2 deluxe rooms with King Bed on 28th May - 29th May 2019, with 3 weeks ahead and with their confirmation.

Upon reaching the hotel reception, he was slammed with a surprise that the rooms are fully booked with only 2 x single beds rooms available. so then why should be a booking system?

The hotel check in timing is 3pm, so we arrived at 4 plus. my opinion is do not see this as a valid reason to say we are late to check in because we already pre booked with credit cards information.

2ndly, my friend asked for upgrade as he do not mind paying due to is business trip. he was disappointing that no available upgrade either when they did not even bother to check.

3rdly, he asked for cancellation, since there is 2 beds in one room, do not make any sense for 2 person to take 2 rooms with 4 beds. was rejected too.

my friend was deeply disappointed by this accommodation service. with the room rates, he can easily get a better service and bigger room.

and i feel for my friend because as a business traveler, a good rest is very important due to the hectic schedule.

I am putting up here, for all people that wish to stay with them, even if you had booked your room, you might not get your desired room and yet you cant cancel at the same time. therefore strongly advise, do not make a mistakes that my friend has deeply regret.

your reply is totally unacceptable, take a look at the photo below as my friend has booked and requested for the double bed room aka deluxe king room. so what do you mean when you mentioned that we did not book or request. please do not reply without checking thoroughly

Good place for a short business trip, mall is 5 mins walk away, alot of food and last minute shopping.

Perfect stay at Centera Grand! Room are comfy and large. service is amazing. Everyone are super pologht. Breakfast is Superb, huge selection and variety. I really like the bathrob, i have asked at the counter for the details , and informed it is only 1000 BHAT for a new one. Thank you for your hospitality will come back!

Great place to stay and very friendly staff. Modern shopping mall with many dining options just next door, easy walk to MRT which makes it simple to get around. Chatuchak market is 1-2 stops away, depending which entry you choose. I will stay there again if the chance arises.

You get best options to shop while you stay as mall is interconnected with the hotel. Good connectivity to expressway, metro and sky train.

It s one of the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok and the staff are always so professional and warm to welcome me back every time. Very convenient to walk to nearest shopping mall (right beside with connecting bridge) and to PahonYontin train station (exit 3). Highly recommended for those who want to skip the jam as this hotel is right next to the highway. Will not be delayed when you are rushing to airport.

Shop here and there, lots of food, lots of restaurants. The supersport sports shoes zone has a lot of good things. Fans drag into this zone all the time.

Great service, great breakfast. Room a bit old but clean. Any time. Depending on the traffic situation about 20 minutes via taxi to the airport.

The car park combined with in the mall required to find a parking space for a long time in the days of deer and evening and evening. But there is a path to connect with the school

I've only been to the restaurants. All the restaurants are good. International buffet is so-so. Japanese is very good, Vietnamese is very good. Services are very good at all of them. Prices are very reasonable.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever been in, the doormen bowed in respect when you walked in, and the showers had CONDITIONER, not two in one crap like they gave you real conditioner! Their breakfast buffet is also amazing, they have american food and thai/chinnese food something for everyone. I would definitely come here again!

They really really really really like really know how they treat the guest, last month I celebrated my birthday and I guess I never told them about this , but the day after celebration they gave me a cake such a honour to staying here . It's clean and tidy, and you feel good when you enter the room. Especially at night, the night view outside the window is wonderful. Breakfast is fun and delicious with a wide variety of dishes.

Room is ok, clean and tidy but I have ever seen the coffee break is not delicious and feel not clean when there had an event, all cups and plates was arranged for serving to customer while the organizer build booths.

Dining on the 55th floor is not cheap, and you must make an appointment first.
Have a good location, couples package plus tax
It may be as high as NT$5,000, but it should be cost-effective;
You can go to the bar on the 56th floor to make a single point of wine... a cup of about 350 yuan...
Beautiful night view is definitely worth...
