Very good hotel. We come there once a month at the crystal lounge bar for a drink.

We had a great time ! Excellent home. Very well located. The room very well. Only downside, room for two, and a single drink, a single cup

Nice dining in a very pleasant environment. The menu is highly recommended. The products are fresh, you can see and taste that. In addition to the well-known classics, there are also more surprising dishes.

the hotel is ok nothing relly really special but they have a nice Lounge bar and a huge outside terrace witch is perfect for the summer, I believe it's the biggest from all the hotels in Brussels

Comfortable rooms, friendly and dedicated staff ... A chain hotel, which tries not to seem too anonymous (without getting too much ...). The prices are very high (especially the restaurant), but I think it's usual for this category.

Beautiful accommodations. Near many food places and shopping areas.

I have tried other hotels in brussels but I keep coming back to SOFITEL Louise .
Everything is perfect from the room cleanliness , to the amenities , not to mention the high quality Reasturant as well as cigar lounge which complements the outdoor lounge area that is perfect for a drink and cigar .
I just don't think I can enjoy any other hotel in Belgium as much .
To top it the staff was amazing as my room was upgraded to higher category .

They offered their rooms for very low prices during summer which made me give them a try. Rooms are good but not super special compared against their normal rates. Liked the free well stocked free minibar including a variety of nice snacks and beers. Rooms in the front have quite some noise from the streets in front day and night. The inner terrace is okay. Looks better on the photos than it is in reality but still a nice retreat. I miss a sauna or swimming pool here. Close to several public transport connections. Would stay again when the rates are low. If not I prefer the Novotel Black Noire.

20min to wait for an overpriced coffee is 19min too much for a 5*-hotel...

Well put. Hotel not worthy of a 5 star. Housekeeping was done briefly in the room and after asking for clean cups we never had them.

I had a pleasant stay at the Sofitel Louise. The hotel is well located, next to the metro and easy to access.
The suite has a large living room, a walk-in closet, a magnificent Jacuzzi bathtub and a very hot relaxing hammam with an inside shower.
Second, the staff are friendly and welcoming.
In addition, the breakfast, cooked by Chef Charif, is delicious.
And finally, I recommend this place and myself, I want to come back again :-)

The cocktail bar is being renovated and will reopen in March 2020, looking forward to discovering it. The quality of the cocktails is extremely rare.

Staff attentive, dishes of a finesse and exquisite taste, bed very nice and cozy.
Super easy access to discover Brussels, shops not even 2 minutes walk from the hotel, ditto for the metro that took you to different tourist attractions and attractions for children. We have been here more than once and we will definitely be back !!!

Beautiful hotel and beautiful terrace in the middle of Brussels, Louise. I went for an event, BBQ Chic on their beautiful terrace. Very professional staff, impeccable service, succulent food.

The Sofitel's bar is a great place to have a drink. It is a very classy place!

It was a very quite environment even though the hotel is positioned right in the City. The staff was very welcoming and did everything they can to create an amazing stay - and it really was. The flowers and the congratulations card welcoming us in our room were pretty amazing!!! The room we stayed in was very comfortable and we got a free room upgrade. The room had a great design and the bed was just cozy. All in all we would love to stay in the hotel again and we can highly recommend the hotel to others. I really have to point out the great staff of the hotel again, especially the lady at the reception for making us feel special and welcome.

Very nice hotel, well maintained, very modern and clean!
Staff with little care, breakfast just to die for and the lounge is very nice with a very good musical atmosphere, so relaxing.

the manager at the reception was of no help even if I had missed my poor plane the service of this lady

very good hotel valet service which greatly facilitates the thing, good wine list as well as whiskey (10 d ages 10 euros, 30 years old 30 euros lol) and the kitchen and it also very good quality we enjoy, from more it is full center so ideal for walking, the price is in line with the delivery!

Where is customer satisfaction at Sofitel?
Indeed, I stayed at the Sofitel Louise on April 28, when I arrived, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working after several complaints at the reception, still nothing. I spent a horrible night (attack of athsme) I had to open the window with the noise of mosquitoes and I'm on my way.
At the Check out, I explained my problem to the reception, and she hastened to send me with banal excuses without a commercial gesture.
But I am forced to note that Sofitel had nothing to do with customer satisfaction on Sunday when I left the hotel; I was received like a Formula 1.

Regular customer Accor, I was very disappointed with this Sofitel, frankly not at the level:
- Bedroom 2 small beds ...
- Several requests for breakfast to have 1 coffee ... Put it in free service, it will be easier
- Lunch and dinner with tiny portions, the plates are also "cut" for that

I'm going back next week-end, I do not know if I made the right choice!
