Very good hotel with professional and welcoming staff.
Unfortunately not very good experience. We were given this hotel as package by Tomorrowland organization. We came at 13.00 and on reception we were told that room is not ready. They knew that the event started 12.00 but didn't do anything to make the rooms ready for those guests. Only what they offer was more expensive room ,38 euro more for day. The only difference is that you have extra coffee machine in your room and is one floor higher. We could compared that with our friends who stay still in original room.We stayed 3 nights, so for the 38 euro x 3, you can buy this coffee machine in shop. We paid one day advanced everything what was left on room, including parking per day so we could leave early. However the day when we were leaving, lady on reception asked ask to pay extra day for parking. Which was already charged to us a day before. We were explaining to her that we paid, but according to her was not. Later we called with our invoice and admitted they made a mistake. And at the end, they scratched our car wheels during parking, but at least informed us by themselves and will cover the cost. However staff which serves you during breakfast are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast very delicious!
Very good hotel. The bar and restaurant are nice to hang out with. I recommend cocktails and teas
I've been to the Sofitel in London, tried the Sofitel in Paris and now Brussels. All Sofitel hotels offer the same luxurious experience one expects. Le Louise is indeed luxurious, but is situated in a business district and lacks the personalized service I ve had in Paris and London.
For testing the terrace bar and its delicious cocktails, this is a classy place that I recommend. Staff clipped.
Very good. Great local knowledge of both Brussels and wider Belgium. Room was very nice and comfortable. Check in and bar staff were spot on
The location of the hotel is located in a very nice international brand street which I highly recommend
Well insulated rooms, good bedding, good service, good location.
Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Close to all services.
Nice beds. Construction noise from neighbouring house startsfrom 6am...
Absolutely recomnended ... very efficient staff and Front Desk team
Good but without special attention, except 1 valet.
A bit under par for this kind of high rated hotel chain!
As always a very nice and pleasant hotel and the dog was also thought of.
Small hickup was that we thought we booked the other Sofitel in Brussels.
This one, on Avenue Louise, turned out to let in a lot of noise from the street. Hardly any sleep by screaming and cars.
There was little to criticize about the breakfast, but it would be a pleasure for Sofitel's management to have breakfast at their location in Warsaw. Apparently there is a big difference in quality between the hotels.
Very nice stay; Very clean and comfortable room; a single flat we sometimes hear the nightclub nearby in the middle of the night
lovely deluxe room w a nice outdoor space for a drink in the evening...
We were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a suite. We have fully enjoyed the comfort of this room. Crystal Lounge remains a wonderful place for us to stay. Also the warm welcome and service is always a must. Enjoy the tasty breakfast. Sofitel Louise is our favorite hotel in Belgium.
I went for a drink in the hotel bar with a guest. Had a Moscow mule and really enjoyed it.
Very good & Nice hotel, I would love to stay there again.
Pleasant hotel. Good, clean rooms. Nice outside bar area. Bar staff very slow.
The room is not too small, the bath supplies are also used Hermes, WifI is fast
The fire alarm in my room did not work during a fire. Room and floors already full in smoke. I Wouldn t consider this hotel again
Great location for shopping. Friendly staff. Clean.
The bar / lounge sometimes chaotic. Staff speaks Dutch very well.
For my wife and for me, a haven of peace and tranquility, in a luxurious and cozy atmosphere.
One of our dreams, to have a permanent room in your hotel where you feel so good!
And a big thank you to the whole team: valet, concierge, reception, waiters and waitresses in the bar and restaurant, housekeepers, ...
They are all perfect ... Thanks again!
Service of a slowness to be incurred and it is not the first time.
Hotel billing benefits or other with arguments well defined by themselves of course they pump on your credit card when you are gone! Ashamed! Thief! Rogue!
We enjoyed our stay here very much.
The special attentions for Gold members of the accor club are very appreciable.
The breakfast buffet is at the top level, although it is quite classic, for example, no chia pudding or Bircher muesli!
The setting is quite international, but it s the spirit of a Sofitel I think. For boutique hotels, it's MGallery!
We will definitely be back!
Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We got super service from the second we stepped in. At 6.00am Suzanna greeted us at the reception and sorted us all out. My travel companion and I have never felt as welcomed as we did from Suzanna and the staff at this hotel. I will definitely be back. Bonus: the hotel is located in the heart of Brussels.
Good location, nice and comfortable rooms. Only let down was the queue for breakfast.
Hotel well located in Brussels, on Avenue Louise. Sentinel
Very good hotel but shower room is small, great food, staff are good, shops, and more transport, 2 minutes to metro station
Wonderful hotel given location and price.
Staff are very friendly and went to a special effort for a birthday with no hinting - cakes etc delivered to room free of charge. Delightful.
Great sleep, delicious breakfast in the room, completely Corona proof, very friendly staff. Recommended!
The hotel is in principle good to very good. The staff helpful, attentive and friendly.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a lot of choice. So that's all OK.
But after returning home, I saw a picture of your hotel showing, on the top floor (6th) the tiny tilting window of our room (602). In any case, we found the room to be ultra small and the window was also a deception. But we thought that all "Superior" rooms had such a window.
When we asked reception whether room 602 was indeed a Superior Room, this was certainly confirmed. Hence we thought all rooms of that type were the same, including that mini window.
Now it turns out (ddor that photo) that only our room is so sadly limited. Due to the sloping roof, the cupboard space was also very limited and there was not even a trouser press / clothes hanger. The interior was OK but everything was very tight. If this is already a "Superior Room", then I wonder what a Standard room looks like. No window at all and sleep upright ....?
The prices of the bar are also absurdly high. A beer and a strange tasting rum-cola for 30 !!!!
Again, the staff are great and try their best.
But offering that room as "Superior" is really not possible!
Very sorry.
I have also reported this experience to Secret Escapes.
Friendly and helpful staff, very well run establishment (clean and convenient)
The cocktail bar offers a constantly changing menu. The summer and winter terrace is a little paradise.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Bar is fantastic and hotel location is amazing!
Very nice and large rooms, everything was clean and no significant shortcomings. Very polite and courteous staff, all requests were met and all questions answered. Breakfast in selection, quantity and quality excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, not "in the middle of it all" but still within walking distance and the subway is less than 5 minutes away.
From the moment that our family arrived at the hotel, to the last second of our stay the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Thanks for such a good stay.

Nice hotel in nice quartier with high luxury brands close by, high streets, antiques, brocantes, restaurants etc...
Reception is an asset for this hotel, specially the ladies, very professional and attention to detail.
We like the luxury room with bathtub- on request - that was perfect! Room is cleaned and attention to details, clearly checked, exceptional bed and cushions.
Service is perfect and on spot, no delay, phone picked up, delivery of room service quick and excellent food. We loved the all inclusive breakfast, good and vaste choice of quality food, i still miss Nutella though.
The patio garden area is very peaceful and a delight to relax.
Apart from Nutella it would be a great idea to have a sauna or extra spa facility.
Would recommend anytime.
Classroom, nice room and very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Indeed the bar is expensive but cozy. It feels good
Lovely room, lifts work very well, some of the staff particularly friendly.
It's was good hotel and very close to the shopping.
I will visit this hotel in the next time.
What an awesome hotel, staff & customer service.
You guys rock. Would love to stay here again.
Power outage, the front desk didn't know how to deal with it, and the attitude was poor
A restaurant and lounge bar of the most famous and distinguished. Very good champagne, good wines and cocktails
Needs a little refreshment that seems programmed soon at least for the lounge. Fitness room with few equipment (3 machines and no treadmill). Despite all the standing of the Sofitel is maintained overall and the warm welcome.
Very fancy hotel here at Brussels! It's one of the options you can opt in to when you're here for Tomorrowland, and you'll not be disappointed by the luxury you're getting for paying a little more. The service staff is great, nice breakfast in the morning, and the location is convenient. Beds are especially comfortable too.
By registering on the website, I received a small discount on the rates normally charged. Excellent buffet that allows you to choose from a wide variety of foods.
Impeccable from top to bottom. Better bedding for a hotel in Brussels and also better bar, with the creations of European and international champions. The terrace of this hotel is also the perfect spot classy of the summer.
There are many different hotels in hotel with same quality but half the price. 500 per night for nothing special is a little disappointing.
Very comfortable room.
Very friendly and efficient staff.
The restaurant is of a very good standard.
Just attended a business breakfast. Very friendly service. Good place for an informal chat
Beautiful hotel and well located to discover the heart of Brussels. The staff take great care of the customers. Lots of parking nearby, but also a lot of shops and galleries.
Pleasant setting in the heart of the European capital. Good cocktails and good food.
I stayed there for 1 night. I arrived late and asked for alarm @6 am + for ordering a cab for 6:40. The man talking to me promised all will be done - it wasn't. The alarm did not ring to wake me up (I also put my own alarm, which saved me). The cab was not ordered, but nice lady @ reception quickly ordered one in the morning.
The rooms and the hotel itself were a bit worn for the 5 star rating. Great breakfast.
There shower is so refreshing.
Every night the place a different kind of calming and relaxing tea, which is the best tea I ve had
A luxurious hotel that focuses on the customer. Very polite and professional employees. An excellent choice for a comfortable staying. Location wise the hotel is only 20 minutes on foot from Grand Place. Definitely suggest this hotel.
A complete change of scenery in the heart of Brussels to discover
