Great helpful staff. Tasty burger from the cafe while taking a break. Relaxed atmosphere with helpful pointers given to a friend on sking techniques by a trainer. Both lifts were opened when it got busy and help with the flow of people. Not over crowded. Very enjoyable day.

First time at an indoor slope and really impressed. The snow is a little slower than in the alps and of course the run is shorter but it does give you your skiing fix! The rental boots and skis are not bad at all and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The kids cant wait to go back

We went on a group event and the activities offered where fantastic but I have to say the staff where exceptionally helpful, understanding and friendly ... especially Mo (Our event co-ordinator). I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a corporate event, a party or just up for a laugh. Very nice

Good place for keeping your self in good skiing shape

Good social distancing and mask wearing from the staff, not so great by a good few of the patrons. The slopes and the snow are great. Our instructor was calm, supportive and very good at his job.

Always a great place to shop, to look for activities. The place never fails to please. A great place for families to learn or attain new skills or to refresh your waldrobe with a shopping experience. This visit saw the family enjoy 30 mins of sledging. Knackering but great fun.

Great place for few hours entertainment for the family. We've been twice so far with kids 8 and 9. They have had 1 hour class of skiing. The slope is brilliant for practising. Strongly recommended if you want your kids to learn to ski.

Not the biggest of indoor slopes, but was in good condition on my last visit & is decent enough to get a bit of practice in. They provide all clothing & equipment other than gloves & hat. Helmets provided for beginners. All fairly new & good condition. The bar/lounge area is lovely and overlooks the ski area. Would recommend!

Much longer and wider than Hemel however it is not as well maintained and the snow is 'slowly but still great fun and a great price

Fantastic. Came and did lessons 1 and 2 for Snow boarding. So much fun. My trainer Tim was brilliant, very helpful and talented. He knows his stuff. The rental kit was food quality too and seeing how old this place is, does not look bad at all. Would definitely come back again of I loved closer. Lots to do here as well as the slopes, plenty places to eat and drink. Great stuff.
