great fun, would be great for kids or works team building

Love going here with my kids. Great fun for all ages. Sitting on the terrace on a cold winters day you can squint and almost believe you're in the Alps :-)

Great dry slope, perfect for skiers of any ability. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the ski instructors are fantastic. Food and drink in the restaurant is high quality and good value.

Terrible customer service in the restaurant area

Guys hiring the Ringos were great though! One guy was really good at interacting with my kids and had my daughter helping to spray the slope which she loved.

Restaurant staff were appalling, waited at the bar to order a coffee, rang the bell several times, eventually a member of staff who was sat with his mates decided to get up and serve me. He d clearly been sat there chatting to his mate oblivious that I was waiting.

I then came back up to get Ice creams and there were at least 2 tables of people, most of whom were staff, sat chatting and laughing, told me to ring the bell which I did. The staff in the kitchen ignored it until someone went to get them. He came out of the kitchen and his comment was oh there are actually real customers here!

It feels like this place has gone terribly down hill.

Snowtrax is great, kids, adults love riding the ringos and speeding down on the skibobs. Food in the restaurant is good value. Snowtrax is ideal for hassle free children s birthday parties.

lovely place to go for a bit of fun with the kids, we had a nice meal. a ski whilst the youngest played in the adventure playground kept him and the missus occupied for ages. five stars

Took two of the grandchildren as a birthday treat, they thoroughly enjoyed the day, both on the slopes and after at the play park, didn't have any of the food at the time but the facilities are there for your delectation.

with help from Paul and Tristan and lots of patience on their part I got everything I needed. Great expert local advice. Well done.

Great place for the kids to play outside and not have to worry bout them

Great place for ski support in the UK. Dry slope, lessons, shop and bar. Plenty of parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Me and my partner just spent the day here with our three boys. We did the ringos and it was amazing. The play park is fantastic. Great day out boys absolutely loved it! Definitely going again.

I visited snowtrax with my two boys aged 13 and 7 as well as two of my friends today- we had a fabulous time! It accommodated to both age ranges as well as the adults! The staff were friendly, it is affordable and we giggled altogether the whole time! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great as an introduction to skiing, ski bobs and Ringos only suitable for smaller kids!

Came here for free ski session for my 5 yr old. Great instructor and facilities. Apart from the dry ski slope for skiing and also ringos etc it has a pirate ship park at bottom. Separate entrance fee for park. Trampolines and lots of wooden play equipment plus zip wire. Nice bar area with plenty of seating. Extra car parking at bottom of centre.

My go to for off season snowboarding!! Reasonable price on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings for 4 hours on the slopes, gear hire and food! Would go again no doubt

This is the nearest you can get to snow without travelling

Good and relaxed time snowboarding . Although it's not as good as the real thing. It's as close as you can get without travelling up to milton keynes or getting on a flight. Food is good and facilities are nice.

Both the shop and centre have such great customer service. The shop has fantastic stock and always offer top quality gear at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

I was a regular customer at Snowtrax for many years, as I used to take my children to the ski slope and alpine adventure park regularly.
I have also bought, over the last 10 years or so, ski clothing, my snowboard, snowboard boots and bindings, I've had ski bindings fitted at the shop, and I also bought my ski touring boots there. In general I have always received professional service at Snowtrax, but this would not usually motivate me to write a review.
This review relates to my most recent dealing with the Snowtrax Store where I received some truly outstanding customer service from Bernie.
I had a problem with my Tecnica ski boots, and despite not being able to produce my receipt (I'm in Switzerland all season and the receipt is in England!) Bernie emailed Tecnica and not only did Tecnica provide the replacement parts, but Bernie also posted the parts out to me in Switzerland.
I would highly recommend Snowtrax Store for their boot fitting service. I also highly recommend Tecnica Cochise ski boots which have been amazing to ski in and comfortable on my feet even for 10 hours a day as a ski instructor. And thank you, Bernie, for being so helpful, professional, efficient and friendly.

Snowbobing, great fun for kids and adults alike! we spent a couple of hours on the trikes and the rings, and once the water started spraying on the carpets, and the speed increased, everyone had a great time! The staff were really great, full of energy and fun!

Kids enjoyed themselves doing ringos and ski bob and then adventure play area. The only thing I would say is that although numbers have been reduced in timed bookings there was limited space to allow social distancing when supervising children during activities and instructors were not helpful in this area other than sitting on the fence and saying 'go'.

Ordered some Rossi black ops at dirt cheap sale price. Speedy delivery, suuuper friendly staff and awesome kit. 5 star all day

Really impressed with their customer comms. As soon as I had purchased a pair of bindings I was kept up to date with the dispatch which was almost immediate, time of delivery both email and text message. The product I bought was also discounted even more than I expected therefore a nice bonus. Website a bit clunky to use and could do with a new rebuild for mobile responsiveness as I spent longer than I should have inputting details and navigating around. Would shop again if they continue to be price competitive as they are.

Delicious food, very nice slope with the T-bar. Downhill slopes of various grades and difficulties.

We spent the whole day here today. Went to the alpine park which is great. Our children loved the adventure trail. We then upgraded to the ringos which our 3,4 and 6 year old loved. We also stayed on for dinner and we enjoyed it. It wasn't a cheap day by any stretch of the imagination but worth it as the girls had so much fun. Only down side was taking the ringos back to the top each time which was really hard work for the already exhausted grown ups.

Great adventure park and really enjoyable rings rides

Brilliant, great place for little ones to run free and explore. My little none is three next week and she had a blast.

A fab place with great instruction and facilities. One fault - A little unfair that you have to book lessons by phone from 09.30 Mon and cannot do it there. This is impossible for those working during office hours particularly as lines are so busy and it can take over an hour to get through to someone. This needs reviewing!

It's ok my family have been there so many times it's good for the family there are ringos, ski, adventure playground and lots more.

Go here for breakfast. Great place with nice restaurant area and lovely views first thing in the morning. Also has a big play area for kids of all ages. Food is always hot and good value for money. My only issues are the cups and cutely have been dirty both times we have been which is disappointing.

Had a trial ski session.. Loved it! The staff are friendly and helpful.. the instructor was excellent and we had a great time.. fantastic value and I'm tempted to try a proper lesson..

Had some great skiing lessons here a while ago - great prep for the real thing. Ringos are a great activity for the kids and there's an awesome playground at the bottom of the hill too - you could spend all day here especially with the alpine bar attached

Took my brand new snowboard for a wax service. When I got it back There was Gouge Marks, scuffs and scratches on top. When I said about this to the gent at the counter he never said a word and just looked at me to say what! Some may say it s going to get scratched scuffed any way but not the point. You don t rent a new car scratch it and take it back.

Good centre helpful staff can be very busy on the weekends

I would've given 5* because it's made for your children, brilliant, has everything they could need, - food, drink etc however is very expensive though

Kids had a great time on ski bobs while a friend and I had coffee. Good cafe and a great play park there to.

These guys helped me out massively today! Archie took me from a total novice to capable in 45 mins! he was professional from start to finish and treated me the way I wanted to be treated.
