Snowtrails Ski Resort Reviews

The conditions were awesome this weekend. The trails and different runs were well groomed and have something to offer for every level of boarder or skier (also tubing, just book that one early).
Ski patrol was doing rounds and making sure everyone was safe. Lift operators were friendly and kept the lifts running smooth, including the run up to get into the bench that kept icing over or too snow packed.
Its not too hard to find and will create some great memories, I know I still look at the mountain and see my seven year old self flying down it with my dad, mom or sister in tow.
Let yourself have some fun this winter season and get out there. If you've never been, give yourself the gift of adventure and try it....don't worry their instructors are rather good as well.

Its been a couple of years since I've been here, but the multiple times what we've went have been awesome! I remember that the west woods trail was especially beautiful with lots of trees on both sides of the trail as well. Also the lodge was fine and warm, perfect for getting out of the cold. Pretty area, lots of trails to pick from, and a friendly atmosphere!

Great conditions and felt safe. Staff is reliably great and was very helpful with the beginner skier in my family. Good reservation policy in place, plenty of room on the patio, and a good number of new-looking picnic tables for outdoor dining. A great day.

We went as a family for snowboarding lessons and the instructors were outstanding. The equipment was included along with our lift fee. The weather was not the best because of rain but the hills were in great condition and there were still several people. No waiting for lifts or coming down hill, plenty of room for everyone.

Freaking awesome! Me and my wife go snowboarding every February and by far this mountain was the most fun! They got obstacle trails for all skill levels! They got fun jumps! And if you wanna take a nice glide down the mountain just ride down Mansfield Trail. No obstacles and it wide enough to avoid other skiers. The even got speed trails if your daring and lessons for beginners. Great place great mountain!

I've been going to snow trails since I was a child. My children have personally never been. I tried to schedule tubing for last week and it was booked up. No problem! I'll do it next week when they release more availability. I set an alarm on my phone for today so I was on there BEFORE 11am, when they released. I get on, reserve my spot for Friday for 4 people and the website crashes. So I call and spoke to a very short, rude individual (a woman). She ended up telling me that, "you just have to keep refreshing, I can't do anything about it" and hung up on me. So I did what she told me and refreshed for about 30 mins. By the time I finally got it to load, my spots were GONE!!! it's very unfortunate that your website can't handle the flow of incoming reservations. I don't find it very fair that my spots were taken right from under me due to your websites lack of ability to schedule and reserve spots for customers. At this point I'd rather drive to Cleveland or Mad River Mountain. What a disgrace.

SOOOO much fun. Took 6 boys today and we will definitely go back. Employees were all awesome!! didn't get the night time but it was still a blast during the day. Nice fire going just off the trail. Conveyor belt to help you get back up the hill!! Can't wait to try the night time, with led lights!!

My family and I had such an amazing time! What a treat to have 60 degree weather and still get to enjoy tubing with the kids. You can tell the staff puts a lot of heart into their work. All of the people we interacted with were so nice. We will be back next year!

I would have given it a higher review if the staff was more friendly and helpful. It was our first time tubing and we weren't sure what we had to do. After one of the workers got done explaining we still weren't 100 percent certain and he said just send them down, like he was annoyed. Plus I don't feel that's safe of your saying just send people down that don't understand something. Then my daughter had trouble getting in tube to hold onto the rest of ours it kept sliding away and worker was not at all helpful to push tube back to group to make it any easier.
