5 stars?? No way, absolutely not. That is not enough..If there were more than 5 stars, this company would DEFINITELY deserve each and every one. The entire staff treated our family, especially our brother with dignity and respect. Even though he was transitioning and on his way to glory, they spoke to him as if would answer back. Without hesitation or even a second thought, the staff including the receptionist were all willing and ready to assist. Words can NOT express how wonderfully overwhelmed with gratitude we were about how our brother was treated in his last days. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.
At the moment I'm very upset with snow line hospice answering services attitude with their care of my mother in law. The hospice company we used for my stepmother was fabulous. They went beyond best.
Snowline Hospice was available for us 24/7. Everyone we talked to by phone or came out to our home, was wonderful. We needed their help and guidance for ten (10) days and they were always there for us.
W **Will update more properly & further as we go along.** They where great when we had them for my grandpa. Always on time with supplies & everything. I don't know what's going on now. & I'm working with the same team too. Just seems like everyone different or doesn't really care. We have the entire same team for my grandma now. My main concern right now is supplies. We are out. I'm spending money I don't have on supplies. It's been over 2 weeks since we have received any proper supplies. Out of depends, chucks, gloves, wound & skin cleansing spray. I call every day, sometimes even 2 times or 3 times a day. I let the nurse, aide, & social worker know everytime I speak with them or come out. Every call I make lately is about supplies. What is going on?!
