They where great when we had them for my grandpa.
Always on time with supplies & everything.

I don't know what's going on now. & I'm working with the same team too. Just seems like everyone different or doesn't really care.
We have the entire same team for my grandma now.

My main concern right now is supplies. We are out.
I'm spending money I don't have on supplies.
It's been over 2 weeks since we have received any proper supplies. Out of depends, chucks, gloves, wound & skin cleansing spray.
I call every day, sometimes even 2 times or 3 times a day. I let the nurse, aide, & social worker know everytime I speak with them or come out.

Every call I make lately is about supplies.
What is going on?!
