Snowie has fantastic products and truly innovative, industry leading ideas and tips. Their staff are extremely helpful and they are very reasonably priced. It is so convenient having them here in SLC. I love that they see themselves as partners to small businesses all over the world. Everything they do keeps the end objective in mind. Top notch for sure.

Positively horrible customer service. Machine broke. Requests for replacement parts (or any response whatsoever) have been ignored so far. If I had to do it again, I'd purchase from somebody who would build a better product, stand behind it, and respond to repeated requests from their customers. Quite disappointing. Go somewhere else.
I have a Snowie ice shaver at home, and it has been perfect. It is so easy and makes perfect shaved ice. Prices are very reasonable, and customer service has been great as well. So nice to have an option at home for snow cones in the heat of the summer.
Good prices for how big the snow cones are loads of flavor options.
This is an awesome place. They do all kinds of good inside there.
Dropped by their offices and they treated us like we were their big customer. Spent hours with us touring the facilities, testing the equipment and even gave us a bunch of samples! They are proud of what they do and the quality of the shavers is top notch. The flavors are plentiful and delicious!
