Best slider around. Wonderful family run business. You can tell they really care.

A local landmark, famous for sliders. Delicious sliders cooked with bits of onions. Two deluxe sliders with tater tots and a root beer was a little pricey (maybe $20 with tip included), but it's worth it! Plus the location is great, and that section of Winchester is a must for tourists.

You can t go to Winchester with out a Snow White burger.... or 2.

I called to make sure they were open and they did not disappoint. I picked up a bag of their sliders to go and my family loved them. We got the 12 pack with cheese. This is just like that burger chain but so much better. I look forward to returning and getting a deluxe this time.

Up! Date! Your! Hours!!!!

I want to like this place but it is SO FRUSTRATING to be in the mood for sliders, check the website, see you're open, ONLY to see a closed sign when you get there. I've literally only eaten here ONCE during the apple blossom festival 2 years ago AND YET. Every. Single. Other. Time. I come here you're closed! I give up!

Very disappointed. Got $30 in food to find every burger was pink inside. I called to get a refund and return this horrible food when the girl answered the phone after I explained what was going on and she let me know they cook them to "health department standards" she hung up. I thought the call was accidentally disconnected so called back she answered and hung right back up. Its horrible customer service. For two if these were health department standards how are they pink and why are they cold. So obviously aren't cooked to order and have been sitting. Not sure why it won't let me upload pictures

Fantastic food best sliders, fries, and onion rings I ve had in a very long time!!! A true gem, we will be back.

Most of the negative reviews on here seem to be regarding their hours of operation. I think this is quite unfair, especially in a pandemic...and since the food was nothing short of perfection!

Yummy little onion flavored burgers in steamed buns with delicious fries... and about 3x the beef as you'd expect from a burger this size. This is what White Castle/Crystal Burger -tries- to be.

It wasn't the food that was bad. It was rather delicious, but the place didn't have much food left. So we didn't really get to order what we wanted. The people seemed like they were ready to go home. We had to order outside for some reason. At least the strip that its on is very nice. I'm not saying this place is bad, I guess you have to go early. While you there check out the area, lots of cool picture opportunities.

It truly pains me to write a one-star review. After all, their burgers really hit the spot, especially for a quick lunch. Staff is courteous and professional.

However, after going there no less than ten times during normal business hours to be either greeted with a closed sign or outdoor-only dining, this review just had to be written.

Hours are so bad, I would caution against planning lunch here. Google may say that it's open but once you show up, it's closed.

Sadly, I believe this will cause the business to fail - potential customers deserve predictability in hours.

I would welcome the opportunity to change my review star rating once I see their own business hours are preserved. The place has so much potential.
