You are just a number at this enormously bureaucratic, ineffective, and corrupt organization. The company publicly advertises themselves as environment conscious yet their own facilities uses fluorescent lighting, chemically infused materials, and an inefficient heating system to name a few. It is the most top heavy company around. They are influenced by lazy staff who are the loudest in the room and afraid to let them go yet the productive and efficient staff are thrown by the way side. Majority of staff are sitting around all day on youtube. Their turnover rate is sky high. If you are pregnant, they will throw you in with their annual December layoff so their executives can get their year end bonuses and you lose your maternity leave. Nevermind the fact they have been in the media constantly for their penalties of malpractice. If you want to avoid low workplace morale with zero appreciation and be associated with a company that has one of the worst reputations across Canada, run far away.

Went here for a meeting and it had a real great atmosphere. I felt really relaxed and welcome.

Well run clean and modern office building. Good professional atmosphere. Lots of free parking. Wheelchair accessible entrance.
