I have had nothing but 10 star service from the employees at Cane Creek. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they make and what is right for your application. I guess that comes from the years upon years they have in the industry and they all seemed genuinely interested in helping the customer; regardless of the number of dumb questions I asked. I really like to support US based manufacturing and Cane Creek is a prime example of why I do. They produce really high quality products at very competitive prices compared to a lot of the US based - off shore manufactured competition. I wouldn't choose another manufacturer again if Cane Creek makes the product I need.

I've been riding and racing bikes for over thirty years. I haven't witnessed this level of customer service ever. I called to purchase a part of a headset that I have used for over seven years. I was told it had a one hundred and ten year warranty and that I would have one in the mail free of charge. Thanks Cane Creek and Erich.

Poor Customer Service, Poor Communication don't honor warranties and pretty much categorize everything as service without telling you whats really wrong then hold your product hostage till you pay them.

I'm a dealer and Cane Creek leaves dealers no room to make a profit. We match valid prices which includes Amazon. Just had to match a Thudbuster Lt price of $148.94. My cost is $109+$15 shipping. My operating cost run about 27% of all sales, so now add another $40. My cost is now $164. That is a $15 loss for me and the customer wants me to install it. I have two points here. 1) Consumers should understand that it costs money to have a live body to provide you service. 2) Cane Creek needs to adjust their cost to provide dealers more margin, because even if I would have sold this at your MSRP of $169... I make $5.

Great products. Customer service left me not wanting to deal with Cane Creek again. Shock was brought in for service and on 4 occasions I requested the valve stem be replaced and that I would gladly pay extra on top of the overhaul price to have it done. After 2 weeks of waiting I received my shock, but of course, the valve stem was never replaced and I didn't want to leave the shock for another week so I accepted it but was frustrated that the service rep never heard me--even after the fourth request. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

I got a shock that was not working properly out of the gate. Bike got a little banged up because of it. I sent some requests into Cane Creek and they were very helpful once my case got picked up. By then I already paid to have the shock rebuilt. They explained to me that the gaskets can dry out while the shocks are on bikes waiting to be sold. Product is great once it was fixed.
