Unbelievably poor operations for cruise passengers leaving San Pedro, as well as arrivals at port of Miami. Repeated calls to dispatch improved nothing. Groups missed flights, and almost missed sailing of ship on Oct. 11, both issues due to "lack of available buses".
Never again will this agency book if SMS is doing the ground transportation for a given cruise line!
Horrible customer service. Left our car seat on baggage belt at port of miami. Asked 5 different employees in yellow and got 5 different answers. Spoke with a supervisor who wanted to send our car seat to their head quarters God knows what state that was.
This is a good place many people come to apply a jobs over there on 505, floor they are understanding you sometimes they send you schedule on on your e_mail to see what's going if they opening. But they are didn't give you any full time over there always part time if you want it. Ok they are going to call you if they are like you. Ect...
I love working for SMS. Great place to work. The scheduling team is awesome. Needs cruise discounts. :)
I work for this company they alright I have some issues with management. Like inconsistencies,favoritism, over worked under appreciated and under paid. I do feel as a company they can treat their customers better but hey I just work here and they keep coming back besides all that great people work here some really good people. Shout out to Mrs Paulette ( the realest they come)
