The company is dealing with very suspicious financial institutions, which are barely complying with most of European rules. You already know MoneyGram WU and others, as institutions which do not require identity to process sending money for even more suspicious purposes.

This company even goes further, requesting you to disclose all your credit card informations on paper, including the CVV of course!!! If you are not bothering about disclosing credential information, please disregard this advice!

Keep away from this kind of Maltese LTD company, as it means limited lyability for disclosing your personal data for other purposes, except if you are involved in Laundry services of course.

SMS Tourism handles all kinds of services including transfers, tours, weddings, language courses, representative assistance and accomodation arrangements. Its a pleasure working with them!

Stay away from everything SMS Tourism/SMS Group. We arrived in Malta, Tuesday morning at 03.00 and we had paid for a private taxi to pick us up when we arrived. No one was there and when I called the emergency number I was mest with hostility I can't even explain in words. I spoke with Silvia at the emergency number and she litterally told me it wasn't her problem and she hung up the phone. The called was recorded!

We have contacted the travel agency in Denmark and they will file a complaint and contacted SMS Group Ltd.

If you want your vacation ruined and if you want to be yelled at then use SMS Tourism services!

Always choose a different service when in Malta!
