I travel for work and this is by far one of the best boxes I have ever been to. The coaches were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I set 3 pr's the week I dropped in here. Definitely on my list of boxes to visit as many time ad I can.
I dropped into this gym for a week while I was on a business trip to Jacksonville. I couldn t be more happy with the experience. The box immediately made me feel welcome, the coaches were some of the best I have interacted with and the members were great! I cannot wait to drop in again on my next trip!
This is the cleanest Crossfit gym I have ever been to and I have traveled to MANY. Drew is amazing. The workouts are solid. Great for all levels. Many options to scale are presented.

Great instructors here! First four sessions are training on technique and they're very thorough. Everything is adjusted to the individual's level of fitness. I don't feel like I'm being judged. So far everyone has been encouraging and enthusiastic. The facility is clean and professional. Convenient location, very close to Gate Pkwy near the JTB and I-95 interchange.
