I've been using Smoke customer intelligence for some time now and I must say, it's been an overall average experience. The platform provides valuable insights into customer behavior and helps us make data-driven decisions. However, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The user interface can sometimes be a bit clunky and difficult to navigate, and the reporting features are not as advanced as some other tools I've used. Overall, though, it's a solid option for customer intelligence.
