Great place to shop the deals and the produce is good quality

I love shopping at Smiths, fresh produce, friendly store employees EXCEPT for the new store manager (director -- Pepper). I have sent information about this issue to corporate, but their concern is NOT employee satisfaction but all they care about is making $$$. The new manager has openly criticized employees in front of customers (yelling at them), has taken breaks out front of the store and looks forward to pushing out employees she can't control and hiring people she "can mold" into what she want. Turnover is high with the new manager, she is loosing valued employees because of her actions. The only time that I saw her speaking amiably inside the store has been with other employee "friends" discussing personal items ("I just bought....online."), not looking out for customer needs. The previous manager had his picture and name posted out front with encouragement to contact him with concerns. He was gregarious and easy to approach. Things need to change at the top! I now shop at Walmart or out of town Smiths.

Pharmacy was so helpful in getting a prescription transferred when I forgot to bring my medication from home on my trip to Utah.

Prices are usually par with Kent's and might be slightly more expensive than Walmart but it's definitely worth when Kent's doesn't carry what you're looking for or you're sick and tired of the never changing food inventory Walmart prefers to carry including the Great Value brand. Deli offers Sushi and the variety of the Bakery is better than Kent's.

This is a good store, fast and easy to shop. Know where everything is and the lines are short.

This is basically a "small town" store. However it's been renovated and is always well stocked. Customer service has always been excellent.

It fun, easy, and quick. Especially when I know what I want. Prices are good and the quality is easily found when you look in the right place.

There is no price listed on the shrimp in the meat dept, so I ask the girl and she looks it up. She gives me the price and I take a pound. She then goes to print the ticket and says sorry but that's not the right price and says it is $2 more per pound. I think I should have gotten it for the original price she gave me.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The store was a bit cluttered for my tastes.

They have just about everything you need. Good atmosphere, great sushi bar! The meat department is the best in a grocery store I have ever been to. Great quality and service!!

Decent options, a little more expensive than other grocers

I've had a couple cashiers that were excellent, kind and very fast, but I've also had a few experiences that left me peeved. Two different occasions I was in the self checkout buying alcohol, and the attendant was having a personal conversation on the side not even realizing that I needed them to check my ID. Wasn't the worst thing ever, but it did seem rather unprofessional. The store however is always clean, and the large majority of their employees seem to be very helpful!

Employees are friendly & always eager to help with directions for hiding items, or help when gas going an issue needed at the service desk.

They have an awesome cheese selection. I love cheese.

I can find what I need, the freshest vegetables and fruit, like they were just picked. I love that place.

Great home town store with great meats & fresh foods. Bakery seems to all come from frozen & reheated, except decorating cakes.

Went there for 1 gallon of milk, time: 9:55 p.m. Was denied entry by an older blonde lady (Lisa). Because: "The store closes at 10:00". Okay, no problem, I get in the car to leave. At that time, she allows a young white gentleman to go in. And refused entry to another person of color. I stopped and mentioned that her prejudice was not right. And asked her why. She said that he was going to the ATM so he was not going to be long. Using the ATM would take longer than grabbing a gallon of milk and leaving. Also, I was there a couple of minutes ahead of this young man. Unfortunately, we now live in a country where prejudism runs rampant.

Easy to find what I'm looking for and great deli and bakery

Best meat in town and I love the discounts I receive for gas. Friendly staff and delicious food options in the deli the bakery is also a breath of fresh air the aroma is delightful.

Born and raised in Brigham City, I have seen this Smith's go through multiple transformations throughout my life. Always have the friendliest most helpful staff members. Very good selection of groceries. Best produce in Brigham City!! The new Starbucks is a joke, but the rest of the store is definitely worth it!

I love the gas and food discounts. If i lived closer i would come here instead on walmart and all those bigger places. I highly Recommend this place.

Great grocery store that has everything you need. They don't have much in your basic cleaning and and home product needs but they have a huge variety in food with locally sourced products and many high and low end brands. They also have a fantastic bakery, as well as a fancy cheese and sushi bar. If you are a local and sign up for thier rewards program you can get great deals and coupons as well as gas rewards. All around great place to shop.
