I was in a tough spot having had another contractor not show up to start my project. Smith & Sons responded quickly, I had a quote within 24 hours and they started work the next day. They did everything as promised, but what impressed me most was the attention to detail was like they were working on their own building.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I have used several contractors over the past 20 years, but none have impressed me like these guys.

We had a wonderful experience with Smith and Sons! We bought a condo that needed to be completely gutted and brought up to code. The planning that went into the project made clear that Scott and his crew were experts in the face of a daunting job. They required all electrical, removed a nightmarish sewage ejector pump and replaced it with two pump and grinder system, rebuilt our kitchen and bathroom, installed a wetbar, replaced all drywall, put in new flooring throughout, and replaced all light and plumbing fixtures. Scott brilliantly solved every problem our place threw at him with creative, and visually stunning solutions. Their craftsmanship is exceptional! They used only beautiful, high-end material. Their custom carpentry perfectly finished our unique space. They also took great care to protect the Saltillo tile that we were intent on preserving. Scott and his crew were positive and professional. We felt comfortable trusting them with our home. Throughout the process, communication was clear and easy. They completed the project for a good value, especially considering the impressive quality of their work.We will use them for any future projects. We highly recommend Smith and Sons for all renovations!

We needed some of our deck and yard remodelling and wanted to fresh new ideas that would allow us to have friends over all year round. Joey came out and looked at our property and gave some initial ideas. Once we figured out a proper budget, he came back with a further selection of ideas. We settled on a combination of a few and agreed a schedule for the work to be completed. All the work was completed on time and with impeccable workmanship. Highly recommend Joey for any renovation work you require.

Scott went above and beyond installing a wheelchair lift, platform and stairs in our garage. He researched the lift and determined what was required for proper installation. The custom platform and stairs were built with accuracy and skill. Scott s attention to detail is evident in the rounded corners and transition board. Many of our friends have commented on the exceptional work from Smith & Sons. Thanks again Scott.
