Can't seem to get an intermittent problem resolved even after multiple visits, will charge service call even if not going to work on panel. Would not recommend Smith Fire Systems.

The best fire systems company to work with on any size project. Justin, Alicia & Connor responded extremely fast to my request and very professional to work with. If you re a business owner give them a call.

Smith Fire takes great pride in their work. They inspect all of our equipment on a monthly and yearly basis. Great to work with.

I am not sure this is a real company.. I have attempted to contact them through 3 numbers posted online to get a quote for a sprinkler system upgrade and no one answers any of the numbers and one of them is not a working number. Again, not sure this is a real company, certainly not one I would be comfortable with supplying an all important fire system.

The last two times they came to my business they flat out lied and tried to sell me work that was unnecessary. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion on everything they try to sell you. You will save your business a ton of money.

Smith Fire Systems came to our rescue when my Company was approaching a deadline to open. We would have been delayed 8 weeks if they hadn't stepped in and completed work. They were absolutely amazing to work with, and completely knowledgeable about their craft.
