I bought sleeper sofa in 1996, after 24 years need to update. It's still in good shape after all the years and 4 grandkids. Hope to find a dealer close to where I live now

When I began my search for new furniture, I never heard of Smith Brothers. I first looked at a local store but was very disheartened by the choices in frames and especially fabric. Then I ventured a bit further and was told Smith Brothers is a line I might be interested in. When I stood in front of their hundreds of fabrics I could choose from, I knew I found the furniture company that would make purchase so much easier. I had fabrics picked out in fifteen minutes and never strayed from those choices. Smith Brothers fabrics are amazing. Every color, every style....just beautiful quality fabrics. Then came time to choose chairs and a sofa. This was hard because while I had an idea of the colors I wanted, I wasn t sure of the style. There were so many choices in sofa frames and chairs to match and occasional chairs.....it was a few weeks before I finally ordered my furniture. Went to two stores and sat in every Smith Brothers piece of furniture they offered and then went back again! Ordered thru Room Concepts and just had my sofa and chairs delivered - a few weeks early!!! Absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding and the fabric is stunning. Exactly what I hoped for. I am so happy with Smith Brothers and would refer anyone looking for beautiful quality furniture to them. They are a Made in the U.S.A. Company located in Berne, Indiana - makes a purchase from them so much sweeter.

Recently purchased a Smith Brothers sectional for my home and I could not be happier! I grew up with Smith Brothers in my parents home and always knew that is the furniture I would buy due to how long it has lasted. After 20 years my parents furniture still looks great and is the most comfortable. I have already received numerous compliments from friends on my new sectional, I can't wait to buy more!

I purchased a Smith Brothers' sofa a few months ago, and it has been the best decision I could have made. The sofa not only looks incredible, it is one of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I have sat on. In addition to its comfort I have received many compliments when friends and family come to visit.

Similar issues to others....fabric tore in two place in just over a year ($5000 couch), tried to call the company and they said I have to go through local retailer for help. 5 explained that the company I bought it from went out of business and they said to call another retailer
and they would have to send them the pictures if they decided to help me.....WHAATTT? Who does that? You made it, You sold it to someone else, the warranty is through you....why would I be directed to call a company who has no relationship to me or ownership over the item. Don't waste your time or money on this company. Terrible when people try to buy and support American companies and get such poor customer service!

My Smith Brothers furniture is absolutely gorgeous! The fabric is beautiful and the sofa, loveseat and recliner are extremely well made and oh so comfortable. You won't be disappointed. The quality is superb.

My wife and I purchased Smith Brothers 15 years ago and everything is still in great condition! We are in the process of refreshing our home and will be gifting all of our furniture to friends and family since it's in such great shape! We got our use out of it and are excited to buy new Smith Brothers for our home.

My family use to own a furniture store for 42 years in St. Paul, Smith Brothers were, and by far our best seller and manufacturer. We've sadly closed our doors in 2009 due to the economy. If you ever want lasting, well made furniture, you buy from them. I'm selling my townhouse to buy a house with my now fiance, and Smith Brothers furniture is my biggest "must have". Amish/Mennonite made. Fantastic, pick high quality, well wearing fabric, and you've guaranteed a couch or what have you, a minimum shelf life of 12 years.

We purchased 2 leather couches, a leather chair and a fabric chair. Within 1 yr the fabric was unraveling and we finally just tossed it out, it looked so bad. The leather furniture started peeling (2nd highest grade) after 2 years...no pets and only adults. Poor quality!

Bought a Smith Brothers couch and a recliner in Huntington. No problems with the couch. The purpose of our complete purchase was to get a recliner I could sleep in for periods during the night. The recliner of the same model in the store was sooo comfortable. The new one was very stiff and rigid. Not even close. The ordered recliner wasn't anything like the store recliner. I wanted to trade but I couldn't unless I coughed up a 20% restock charge. Smith Brothers only accepts service from the dealers. My dealer refused to approach them. So...I just got a life sentence. I'm old enough to never buy another one. Very disappointed in the dealer and Smith Bros.

Just an update. Both front legs of th recliner broke off. Not even a year. $1150
