Outstanding agency! I've been with Smith and Reed on and off for nearly 12 months and they've never let me go without work. I have now been taken on permanently at my placement but will also stay with Smith and Reed! Thank you so much to everyone there!

I used to feel like this, however the truth of the matter is that they have all these jobs or all this so called available work advertised on their website and yet when you ring up about it they don't have anything. Honestly there's plenty of work out there without using smith and reed, the only perk to working for them is the weekly pay but otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Always a steady supply of work, always pleasant and professional to deal with, would highly recommend.

Jenna Latino is a really great person who made my life working for Smith and Reed nice and easy and stress free. Always kept in touch by using messenger instead of calling, which I think is a really great way of communication and gives a nice personal touch as well.

A great agency to work for . Communication was brilliant and they provided me with lots of work .

After spending an hour and a half in the office filling out paper work, talking to different people and getting registered, a week later got invited to do some work for a few days, happy days!
So drive to the destination at 5.30am in the morning to make sure I arrive early ect to be directed to the middle of a country lane, so thinking it must be local we circle the area for 45 mins trying to find the location but nothing, not even another car on the roads. No phone number to call ect just a complete waste of time and petrol, so took a couple photos of where I was at that time ect to show to the office, when the agency opens I receive a call from the manager Ben who was very rude and clearly thought I was lying and didn't want to take into consideration anything I said, his attitude was simply if you can't get there in the next hour tough luck and havnt heard anything since, bottom line i work for a few other agencies in Cornwall and I'd certainly go to them, you won't gain money with these people, you lose it along with time.

I have used Smith and Reed on many occasions to find me staff. They helped me to find a couple of really good skilled workers and saved me a lot of hassle when I did not have the time. 5 stars the staff are very professional and keep in touch even when the work week is slow, I highly recommend them if your between work or like me and just want some extra money ( partner earns enough income for the family ) had regular work since Iv joined. I was fully aware of the type of work I was doing as was explained perfectly by Jenna, must say she is a superstar always on the ball and any questions I have she has got back to me ASAP . Never had any problems being paid unlike some agency s who don t chase up mistakes ( made by me with time sheets ect ) . The staff are professional, courteous and take your circumstances and availability into consideration.

Whilst working with them, I was kept upto date on available or additional work. Any changes or amendments either from employee or employer perspectives were prompt, informative and friendly.
