Great company !!! Ed went above and beyond to get my house sold. He and his staff were right there with any answers I had with the sale of my house. I would recommend him highly.

Ed of Ed Smires agency scheduled a showing of my home, then rescheduled the time of the showing, only to no show the appt. No call no I m sorry, and no response to VM message left on his cell from the ShowingTime call center. When I called Mr Smires he basically said sometimes the slip of a finger when using your phone puts the wrong date or time on a schedule. If he can t keep track of his appts and disrespects others valuable time, how hard will he work for you? Are you the next person he will disrespect?

Recently purchased a home through Smires Real Estate. I have used other realtors in the past and have never received the kind of service that was provided by Ed. The process was smooth and seamless from beginning to end. Two thumbs up!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara Polyak from Smires Realty to sell my late dad's house. "Babs" (as she is fondly known) took all the stress out of this. She is knowledgeable, but more than that she is wise. Babs knows the real estate market and is organized, calm, and FUN. She alleviated all anxieties and sold the house quickly, at an excellent price, and to the perfect buyer. My family and I highly recommend Barbara Polyak and Smires Realty.

What an amazing job she did selling my house. I couldn't be more pleased with her service and attention. She went way beyond the call of duty offering suggestions and making sure everything was perfect to show my house. A real team players. I would recommend Bev to anyone trying to sell a house.
