Hours arent convienent. Saturday is the worst. They never have enough tellers on Sat.

I have attended and participated in many events here. It's a great place.

A good, large venue that caters to all kinds it seems. I love when they host the gun shows and home shows. Tho, ball park prices for beers at a trade show is a little on the excessive side if things I feel.

Us taxpayers don't need a building of that magnitude, it's a big burden on the taxpayers.
I didn't like seeing it being built there and I still don't like seeing it there today.

Great venue for various events like the Gluten-free World Expo.

Pretty nice expo center. Gave it 4 stars because it's always so hot inside and the restrooms are always gross and smell horrible.

Parking is ALWAYS an issue during popular shows, but the venue is easy to move around in, well lit with good signage, and full of willing staff ready to help.

Parking is always crowded, and purchasing tickets on site is difficult

The Festival of trees was awesome. They need to work on their lines well people are waiting to get in. When they open the doors a bunch of people rushed in front of my mother and I and almost knocked her over.

Mountain America is one of the Best Expo and Event Centers in Salt Lake City.

Great place to hold The Festival of Trees. Huge parking lot, and there were tons of trees, wreaths, and nativities to look at. It's also tons of walking, so plan accordingly if you have troubles.

I have been to this expo center a couple times. It really depends on the event you are attending as to how well this looks. But they usually are hosting a new event every weekend, just need to check online to see what this weeks event it. They are usually always really fun and entertaining to go to.

Great South valley location, easy access via Trax, ample parking.

Went for my covid-19 shot. They were really well organized and quick. I was in and out within a half hour. So impressed!

Venue is okay but parking was a difficult. Apparently, the parking was all gone before we got there but we didn't know until we had driven around for 20 min. It would be nice if "Lot Full" signs could be put up. We ended up paying $10 to park at Jordan Commons.

Not enough restrooms. Kinda dark and gloomy in decor.

Great convention center. Parking on the other hand can be a challenge.

What an awesome home and garden show put on by mountain America! I wish parking was easier but overall great venue.

I attended a meeting in room 200 B, it was adequately roomy, the air conditioner was performing correctly , the chairs were comfortable and the sound system worked well. All of these things made my attendance enjoyable

Don't bother talking to their security department if you lose something... SUCH A JOKE!

We came here for Big Mountain Tournament 2014 and 2015. I loved thir place clean and nice. And big space!

Dickens Festival was like carnies at a circus. Not enough sitting. Good chicken soup.

A bit worried this might be a FEMA camp soon; although Utah has been better than other states. ... still don't have warm/fuzzies about it.

The Mountain America Expo Center is a great venue! Tons of floor space, clean facilities, and lovely architectural style. My only complaint was the doors! At the entrances there are giant fans that blow when the doors open, presumably to keep temperature treated air inside. A good idea I guess, but when people are coming and going it can be very irritating. They're very loud and create quite a breeze.

Check the calendar because there is always an expo to go to and spend a couple of hours.

There's only so much you can say about an exhibition center. I've been involved with companies that exhibit in many of the big ones around the country and and visited them. However, this is about this place. It has a lot of parking. It looks good. The spaces seem well set up. Certainly most of the complaints are about issues related to specific shows. It's not the exhibition center's issue.
I agree that you need to be prepared to manage your comfort. They keep it cool knowing that by mid afternoon all the bodies will warm it up. That doesn't help those that come early.

Went for the outdoor expo. This place is huge. It's hard to find your way around sometimes, and it can get very crowded.

Always a fun place to go check out what they're doing! Don't plan on eating there unless you want to pay for expensive, but low quality concession food.

Everything is overpriced, but the events there are important to enough people that they will pay for it.

We come for most of the big events (Home and Garden Show, Outdoorsmen Expo, Bridal Shows, Etc). Its the perfect setting for large events, but it's just too big for the smaller events. The venue almost swallows the little ones.

Comparable to larger big-box convention centers. Typical high ceilings, concrete floors and many pipe and drape configurations. Nine smaller breakout rooms are more comfortable but have terrible lighting options for speakers in front of groups. Either all-on or outer-ring low lighting that leaves speaker in shadows. If they just would hang a podium spotlight from one of the light sockets aimed to offset the LCD screen as a default setup, these rooms would be great.

Concessionaire has exclusive contract but food quality is good and items are surprisingly inexpensive. Easy walk to Joe's Crab Shack & Mexican.

Easy, usually free parking - outdoor lot, no shade, so hot cars in summer.

I've been a member for 30+ years, MACU has always been good to me. Bought many cars using MACU it's always been fast and easy.

Attended Utah Auto Expo. Clean center food a bit pricey but that's expected for and expo.

Not sure if it's the expo center or the exhibit but prices here are always super high.

Love going to events here, just don't like the parking situation. It can get crazy

I was very thirsty. The water fountains didn't work very well. The vendors had drinks to pass out but the South Towne expo center told them not to pass it out so we would be forced to buy their overpriced drinks from concessions.

I didn't want to leave but I was way too parched to stay.
