I have had to call upon the maintenance staff and the office personnel for issues and my expectations every time have been above and beyond from initial contact to response time and even after the issue has been resolved to follow up outstanding.Oh yeah and Love the new smart rent technology it s adds an awesome extra touch to everything.

I ve lived here for two years and they just updated the apartments with SmartRent and it s so convenient! Change temperature, adjust lighting and even lock your door all from your phone in bed

Smart lock and app works well for the most part, I just did not appreciate the strict policy of not helping a resident if they aren't "moved in". There was an error in the system where I went from "moved in" to "moved out" and did not find out until after the leasing office closed. The after hours technician on call verified my ID, my active lease, and my moved-in status. SmartRent would not give me a one time code and would not reactivate my account until someone from the leasing office (the office doesn't open until 9am the next morning) logged into the system and changed my status back to "moved in", so I could not get into my own apartment. There was no backup key available. If I had young children or an elderly person inside that I could not get back to, this could be a safety issue.

Will submit a formal feedback as well. I think there really should be checks and balances in place for errors, or a backup key in case of emergencies.
