DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY — especially if you are a contractor or a corporate client relying on them. We completed work at a national retail location under a Smart Facilities Solutions work order. The job was done correctly, on time, and all required documentation was submitted. Despite this, the invoice remains unpaid and follow-up has led to delays with no resolution. This is not an isolated situation. There is a pattern of contractors reporting delayed or non-payment. When vendors are not paid, they stop accepting work. That directly impacts service quality, response times, and the reliability of maintenance at your locations. Corporate clients should understand what is happening behind the scenes. The contractors representing your stores are not being compensated, which ultimately affects your operations whether you see it or not.

This company doesn't pay their bills. Smart Facility Solutions called our company to do a job for them. They told us that they would pay us when we completed the job. Then when we completed the job they told us to fill out there forms, we did that and now 3 months later they still have not paid us. I would not recommend using this company. They also don't answer or return phone calls.
