DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY — especially if you are a contractor or a corporate client relying on them.

We completed work at a national retail location under a Smart Facilities Solutions work order. The job was done correctly, on time, and all required documentation was submitted. Despite this, the invoice remains unpaid and follow-up has led to delays with no resolution.

This is not an isolated situation. There is a pattern of contractors reporting delayed or non-payment. When vendors are not paid, they stop accepting work. That directly impacts service quality, response times, and the reliability of maintenance at your locations.

told us to fill out there forms, we did that and now 3 months later they still have not paid us. I would not recommend using this company. They also don't answer or return phone calls.
