I've experienced really good customer service with this company.
I parked somewhere I knew I wasn't supposed to park. It was literally for 10 minutes but I knew what I was doing.
There was no ticket placed on my car which is apparently not unusual, but notification of the fine was sent to the wrong address for me. While I don't appreciate not being notified immediately about a fine with a ticket, the address thing was my fault.

horrible horrible company, robbing people in these horrible times were experiencing for staying a little bit over after taking a person with learning disabilities shopping, I couldn t rush them to go any faster as they would have kicked off. I appealed begging them for some leeway as I ve just lost my job due to Covid and they replied basically saying it s no excuse. If it was possible to rate them 0 I would. 1 star is too good for this company.
The car park I used was free to use if you stayed at the travelodge in poole. I either made a mistake and didn't register my registration in the hotel or the machine didn't work as I'm usually very conscious of these things.
I got a fine with the usual "we have proof here's your registration". I replied in an appeal with my proof of a hotel invoice for date and time. Blatantly refused to accept my side of the story so they could rip me off. This works two ways you absolute thieves.

Tried to get a job there years ago while I tried to make a living in the UK, it was genuinely the WORST interview and recruitment experience I have ever experienced in my entire life.

They were so bad I will never be able to forget the company's name or the location or the awkwardness that happened there in the office.

I seriously advise to not even walk on the same side of the road with them, let alone do business with them or be a customer.

Im now being harrassed with letters for a charge that I've already paid for, absolutely disgusting. You wont see penny one from me you mugs.
