I've experienced really good customer service with...

I've experienced really good customer service with this company.
I parked somewhere I knew I wasn't supposed to park. It was literally for 10 minutes but I knew what I was doing.
There was no ticket placed on my car which is apparently not unusual, but notification of the fine was sent to the wrong address for me. While I don't appreciate not being notified immediately about a fine with a ticket, the address thing was my fault.
