Horrible tech support. No help at all. Have spent enough time on hold, being transferred, and dropped to get online and research a better company for our next projects though.

Great product, I've been installing for 13 years, and RMA about 6 inverters in the 13 years plus they have great service and very knowledgeable tech support team.
Been using these inverters for over 15 years, lots of issues with monitoring and poor tech support. I'm not going to use them anymore especially with these Tigo optimizers, the RSD's were bad enough.
Best grid tied solar inverter because it can give you power when the grid is down!! It works on grid and off grid!!
Decent product but if you ever have to call SMA tech support strap yourself in. Level 1 is quick and can fix a few issues but almost always have to send you to level 2. On a Good day you can get on the line with level 2 after 10-15 minutes of holding. On a normal day expect to sit at the job site on hold for at least 30 minutes. Also your call will probably drop after about 30 minutes so you have to call back and lose your place in line..therefore waiting until your turn in queue again..another 30+ minutes. Extremely aggravating and inefficient tech support.
